The horchata stood out, easily one of the best. The salsa verde added a great kick and tied everything together. Overall, a 10 out of 10 experience. Wewe're promptly served complimentary chips, queso, and (2) toes of salsa; standard red salsa amd a cooked (warm) salsa...all which were pretty good. Accordingly, we were offered tortillas, corn and flour. The waitstaff was attentive to drink and edible refills. For the main course, I ordered Pollo Con Chile Verde which was accompanied by rice and beans. The dish was amazing, albeit not as heavily doused in Verde sauce as I am used to. However, the Monterey Jack cheese was bountiful, the chicken perfectly cooked; moist and we'll seasoned. The Chilies were well cooked, but still had a bite of crispiness to them. I loathed the need of eating the entire platter, so I vouched for a to-go box. It was a personal love/hate/love thing. Unfortunately, I hate places like these...places I don't frequent the area enough, but thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience. Thank you staff, for my pleasantly perfect meal.

I'm pretty sure the rustic appeal enhances their food, because it was delicious! The friendliness of their staff made me want to order more than originally planned. Can I say anything more positive? Yes! I got their blue and gold chicken tenders. It came with their homemade chips and potato salad. If they weren't out of the 3-bean salad, I would have gotten a side of that as well. If y'all aren't feeling any of those sides, they also offer fries (a mixture of traditional fries and sweet potato fries) or a side salad for an additional $1. Dipping sauces include ranch, honey mustard and a Korean bbq! You will eat the entire basket. Don't try to convince yourself you're not hungry. Get the regular size or the large. Leave the Jr for the kids! Pleasantly satisfying without a heavy feel that most fried food brings. If you're looking for a eating tip, I suggest using the homemade chips as a spoon with the potato salad. The combination of textures and flavors is divine! I know you're thinking, is this really a food truck or a 5 star restaurant? I'm going to say maybe both haha. Give them a shot! They will impress you in more ways than one!

Decent first experience, but I think they have more potential…read more They were located on Tinker AFB today and I ordered the special which was a Cornish hen, 2 ribs, garlic potatoes, and baked beans. Once I ordered, the gentlemen working told me that was the last hen for the day. I looked at my watch and it was only 1105. They just opened not to long ago, so I thought that was kind of odd. Maybe bring more to last at least 30 minutes into service. Especially since the hen was seasoned and cooked perfectly! It made the meal. The ribs were ok, maybe a little too much pepper for my liking, but they have a really good hot BBQ sauce. Along with that they have to go containers of Head Country which I like. Garlic potatoes have me scaring off vampires, and the beans were typical. Like I said before, friendly and fast service along with good options, so the potential is there. Today I felt like it was just average, but I would go again.
