A small family owned business that's known for its good ole hams, turkeys, loin, "Real" beef jerky (made from real round steak), bacon, sausages (beef & jalapeño summer, polish and breakfast), sandwiches, jellies, chow chow, pickled okra, etc keeps me coming back. The food is great, the service is just as wonderful and the ambiance is so cool. It reminds me of a log cabin restaurant from back in the day with tables to dine-in and it's roomy. A nice atmosphere to explore while waiting for your order and the restrooms are very clean, up-to-date and the craftsmanship is beautiful. It's obvious they take great pride in their establishment. This visit I had the pleasure of meeting the owner who is a longtime educator who continues to hold it down as an entrepreneur (kudos to you sweetie for all you do)! She was as friendly as she could be and come to find out she even taught some of my cousins (one cousin and her son were college roommates their freshman year, how bout that)!
