Thankfully I declined! turns out all the excess pressure she used -even while i protested caused her to TEAR MY ROTATOR CUFF. 8 months later I am still in PT and still in extreme pain. If you'd like to talk during your session you can, if you want silence that's cool too. The back facial is like a total revamp for your back, she uses scrub as if you were getting an actual facial. The ambiance was very relaxing, bed was heated, and honestly my back has never been smoother. If you feel like your back is oily, you have lots of dry skin, or you struggle with backne this could be something you want to look into. When we were finished Tamia gave me time to get dressed and get myself together.
