What really sets this place apart is that it's also a spine and rehab clinic. Dr. Groelz even helped me address some posture issues and an old exercise injury. Dr. Austin has been amazing in treating me. I feel better, stronger, and more confident than I have in a long time. This has been such a fantastic, life-changing experience. I don't think so. Didn't matter anyway because they never called to set up another appointment with me like they said they would Apparently this whole thing is just a cash grab and they're not even good at it. I am going through my treatments under the care of Dr. Henry Z, DC. He's a Chiropractor. Interesting enough I was doing a treatment here and Dr. Z said he was busy and had 6 other patients? Revive is empty. During my IV treatment I asked the individual in regards to other patients and he said there were only 2-3 others here he's cared for so far. On Day 2, I didn't agree with my nutritionist Martha here when I had a conversation with her when we talked about nutrition. I paid $150 consultation. I am a healthy, athletic stunt performer in Motion Pictures and Television and since I know diets - I've gone through all of them - and my body my sleep deprivation is not due to what I am or not eating. I opened up and made changes. I also read the book she shared with me called How to Feed a Brain which is a high fats/low carb (ketogenic) diet. My naturopath shared this diet with me and I've been on/off for years now since I learned about this diet in 2015. While getting a NAD+ IV towards the end of my Day 2 here I was rushed to sign paperwork from Michelle. One pertaining to estimates of how much my treatments will cost for the weeks. This is poor patient/customer service. I felt rushed and was really stressed due to that issue. She could have waited until my IV was completed. We shall see if they are able to help me but as of now... I am not a big fan. Also Dr. Dan Engle isn't apart of Revive any longer. I reached out to him in regards to my sleep. He's never heard of someone like me having this issue. To note: I haven't talked to a real MD in Neurology here. I thought I'd be in a room full of neurologists. Sounds like the Director doesn't come in much. I've read reviews prior to coming here. But I am suspect of the reviews on Yelp and Google.

When I reached out to RedPoint for mental health support, I was met with an immediate violation of…read moremy rights. Tonya Ramirez told me outright that no service dogs were allowed -- a clear breach of federal law under the ADA. When I calmly educated the staff on service dog protections, rather than acknowledging the error and moving forward, the situation escalated in a way that felt punitive. Ashley converted my straightforward intake into an in-person interrogation-style interview. Taylor then withheld permission for Ashley to schedule my actual intake appointment, pushing my care back two full weeks. For someone seeking mental health support, two weeks is not a minor inconvenience. It can feel like an eternity. What troubles me most is the question this raises: if a facility cannot follow well-established federal disability law, one of the most basic legal protections afforded to people with disabilities, what confidence can patients have that other standards of care are being upheld? A mental health facility should be a place of safety, dignity, and compassion. What I experienced was the opposite. I cannot in good conscience recommend RedPoint to anyone seeking professional mental health care in Longmont.

1 Star I would not…read morerecommend The Redpoint Center for someone seeking treatment specifically for mental health concerns without a substance use component. Although Redpoint presents itself as treating both mental health and substance use, my experience was that much of the curriculum and treatment approach felt heavily centered around substance use. As someone dealing with mental health concerns rather than substance use, I often felt that the programming was not well aligned with what I actually needed. What was particularly disappointing was reaching a point where I needed additional support and being told that residential treatment was the appropriate level of care, despite being unable to pursue residential at this time. Rather than feeling supported in finding an alternative level of care that addressed my mental health needs, I felt abandoned by a program and community I had trusted. Mental health treatment needs to recognize that not every person struggling is struggling with substance use. The distinction matters, and treatment should feel individualized rather than built primarily around one population. Based on my experience, I would encourage someone seeking treatment solely for mental health to carefully consider whether Redpoint's approach and curriculum are actually suited to their needs before enrolling.

I've been trying conservative treatments for cervical spine pain for a year and finally had to resort to something stronger. Ariel Shaifer, N.P. was my caregiver and she was thorough , informative and went over the cautions of using stronger pain killers. But, she was still accommodating and not condescending or tough. You just have to pass a drug screening prior, a urine test or mouth swab. I was unable to urinate right away but sat in the lobby drinking water until I could. I had nothing to hide. Marijuana use might be a factor in the ability to receive medication, so be forewarned. I was even told to try CBD, but was concerned that since some CBD has a very small amount of THC, I had not used it. I was told that if it showed up upon my next visit, I'd just be asked to discontinue using that product. So, they aren't unreasonable. I had a plethora of conservative treatment information from several doctors and a referral, which apparently is not required, but helpful. I think that's why it went so smoothly. Ariel Shaifer is very pleasant and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff is polite and pleasant as well. I highly recommend them. I had a bad experience at Colorado Pain Specialists where the doctor actually contradicted my doctor's opinion (because he'd never heard of him) and made me cry. Plus, they were in Golden, not so close and easy to get to in Longmont. They followed COVID guidelines and there was no wait... the waiting room was busy, but not packed full. Plus, they ran on time.
