Today, this was the 2nd time, that my booking "disappeared" and in addition to my Oct booking that I had made in advance was not on record. Bookings I had not made previously (they had e-mailed me AUTO booking me for specific times without asking if I could make them and despite me e-mailing back to say I couldn't make those times) were ironically in the calendar. This has been frustrating because it's frankly disrespectful of my time as a customer. A honestly terrible customer experience and even if I were to do a peel, would be outweighed by the terrible booking process - with a chemical peel, there are many other alternatives and many other clinics that can offer the same service.

The staff are always so friendly and helpful, and more importantly they are EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the products!! The Miracle 10 products themselves have literally changed my skin. I now exclusively use Miracle 10 on my skin, I would never use anything else!! My skin glows, my acne scars have diminished extremely and I hardly EVER get a pimple anymore!! It saved my skin!! I would HIGHLY recommend Miracle 10 to ANYONE!

Her chic & modernly designed clinic is located in Yorkville, with a discreet entrance off of Avenue Rd. Robyn's attitude is always welcoming & cheerful, and you quickly feel like you can tell her anything. I respect Robyn's professionalism the most because she never recommends treatments that wouldn't benefit me, is never sales-y, and never goes over-board with treatments. She has a very gentle touch which makes my experiences with her almost painless, and she always keeps track of what has worked for me in the past and references my chart thoroughly at my appointments. Her patient follow-up is great too! She offers touch-ups and always makes sure you are looking your best. I often recommend Robyn and the Refine Clinic to my friends.

I was not mistaken, Dr. Tong's meticulous precision, mastery of surgical techniques and dedication are unmatched. It's been six weeks and I could not be happier with my Asian blepharoplasty results. My only regret is not having done it sooner! The level of white glove service was unexpected -- the caring and attentive nurses and exceptional support from coordinators Jean and Shannon (you are outstanding - thank you!) made the entire process enjoyable, painless, and easy. Dr. Tong is a world-class, supremely talented surgeon. I would recommend him wholeheartedly and trust him completely. To be perfectly honest, I feel fortunate that Dr. Tong practices in Toronto.

I have gotten so fed up with being limited at the nearby salons and price gouging that goes on for professional hair care products. I was having a difficult time finding a specific product that my salon ran out of and couldn't offer me an ETA on when it would be back. All I got was "backordered" "supply issue". Just by doing a simple Google search with the name of the product, my very first hit brought up Cosmetic World. Honestly, of all the times I have looked for stores that sell my salon products, this was the first time I had heard of this store. I looked through the site, read some reviews and I was ready to order! I had no trouble ordering the product that I couldn't find anywhere in York Region. PLUS the price was almost $5 less per bottle than what I was paying at my salon, so I stocked up! AND got free shipping! I was able to easily track my order and get notifications. I ordered on a Saturday and my order arrived the following Wednesday with no issues. Quick & easy to order and fast delivery. I will def use them again to shop online and try in store as well.
