I regularly take my mother to this facility for her medical appointments, and it's a pleasure to…read morecome here. I can drop off my mother at the covered entrance and park without fear that she will fall. The front of the house staff keep an eye on things and make sure that frail patients make it into the building if they need help. Inside everything is clean, and everyone is so nice. The waiting area is comfortable and offers seating for all sizes of people. They even have tables where people can work while they wait. The providers all have efficient and pleasant office staff, and it is easy to get in touch with them through MyChart or telephone. And they have an excellent small food court on the first floor. This food court has provided me with breakfast on days that I am so busy taking my mother to the doctor to her appointments before I have to go to work that I don't have time to eat. Recently one of my providers moved her practice here, and I was so happy. While the facility where she used to practice was nice, The Grove was still an upgrade. All of the providers here that I or my mother have used are top notch. And the facility has amenities such as in-house imaging and phlebotomy. Finally, the facility is can be seamlessly accessed via 1-10. It has its a en dedicated off ramp.

Our insurance has changed several times in those years, but thank goodness they've always been in network. We take advantage of our cleanings every 6 months and always find the perfect time spots when we schedule that far in advance. My girls were about 3 and 6 when we started coming and always have had positive experiences. I was told by friends about pediatric dentists, but since Dr. Suadi was more convenient for us, we all went here. They had "happy visits" at first where they just tested their reactions to looking in their mouthes, etc., and since all went well, we progressed to regular visits. Long story short...I highly recommend Dr. Suadi and his staff at BR Dental and will continue to bring our family here for years to come.

I always go in with a list of questions and she's never seemed rushed to leave without answering them. She's even patient with addressing concerns about the child whose visit it isn't. The reason for the 3 stars is that We saw one other physician right after my younger child was born and had a completely different experience. That physician was gruff and short and I felt I was annoying her with my questions regarding my then 2 day old infant. They also billed us the wrong amount - actIlly changing the CPT code after the fact to a higher charge. It took a months to get to the bottom of that but eventually the office manager at the time refunded our money. Their office policies can be frustrating but understandable that they require payment before seeing the doctor. I will however never see another doctor there and if Dr. Gulino ever left we'd find a new provider at a different facility. The nurses are also hit or miss as to how they act. I have seen some smoking outside the building which bothered me greatly but luckily we've never had one enter the exam room smelling like smoke. Dr. Gulino and the triage nurse are also both very responsive to emails.
