The experience was, at first, promising, at least when they were "selling" us on their services. When it came to execution (draining the water system at a cottage and turning it back on in the spring) there were mistakes made and much frustration experienced by us. Worst of all, and most unforgiveable, has been their refusal to accept any responsibility for damage caused. We were overcharged for services for which we had received a firm quote, then we were told that a tap had to be replaced (at $800+) when there was nothing wrong with the tap. Another tap, damaged due to poor system draining, they declined to repair or replace unless we paid $400 (I replaced the tap for $76.99). The list goes on. Our attempts to communicate our frustration with the president of the company were unsuccessful; instead were met with more refusals to accept responsibility. Finding a good plumber in cottage country is difficult; keep looking, this isn't it.

I warned them that they would need an 4x4 to get in to the cottage. They said no problem that they had AWD trucks and vans. I went up to check on their work on the second day and found they did not bring one of their AWD vehicles and had parked their van 500 metres from the cottage. They had a journeyman (sometimes 2) walking up and down the road all day long to get material. I was angry because we were paying about $1200 per day to have this person walking up and down the road. They promised that they would have an AWD van the next day - so I went up to check on them again at the end of the day - again they did not bring up an AWD vehicle. They knew the circumstance we were in and took advantage of it. In the end the work ended up costing us $6,000 more than it should. The work was OK but they also sold us a story that they could build the type of system we wanted and was there originally. This proved to be wrong. Never give these people your VISA number

He did not attempt to shut off the breaker ,but watched passively as current continued to rise to 28 amps ,at which time the compressor exploded, spewing Toxic refrigerant gas throughout my home. I was subsequently billed for approx $500 for less than one hour service time that ended up costing over $16000 for total furnace replacement. This bill was paid under protest and no apologies or compensatory rebates were proffered by the management. Never deal with this unscrupulous company they are not worthy of customers valuable time and money.
