From June 2013 I have gone back to Kennedy's with my problem numerous times and finally in Sept. 2013 the Owner (Morris Kennedy) and a sales Rep from the flooring company attended at my home to view the problem. They both agreed there was a problem and viewed a video I had taken illustrating the problem. Morris Kennedy informed me that it would be an easy fix and he would get back to me. Since that time I have been in constant contact with Kennedy's and with Diane Kennedy who informed me that I was on the list for the work to be done and they would call. Well here it is a year later and still no action being taken to correct the problem. The only concern it seems was from Morris Kennedy who at the time of viewing the problem stressed that he would be loosing money on this job. It would appear once they got my money for the initial job they had no plans to correct the problem or guarantee their work and kept putting me off in the hopes that I would go away. Well that isn't about to happen.

We first asked one other company to quote on our job but their quote was outragious. We then found the same flooring at Taylors (at a lower cost) and asked them to quote. Their quote was much more in line with our expectations. They were great to deal with especially since our installation needed a pause as we discovered that our living room floor required a different company to level our living room floor so the vinyl flooring had a flat surface to be laid upon. "Not an issue" they said, and returned 10 days later after the levelling was complete. WE ARE THRILLED WITH THE FINAL RESULT !!!! Bottom line - super knowledgable, great installers, and all at a cost that was almost HALF what the competitor quoted. In our opinion, Taylor is the obvious choice in Huntsville !!!!
