It sits off the street with minimal lighting at the entrance so I initially drove past it. Once inside, I was really impressed with how the organizers transformed the space. It's really flexible & perfect for small to medium sized events. It's literally a blank slate awaiting your creative vision. You can comfortably seat roughly 100 guests. Free parking is available onsite and there are a couple outdoor areas available for ceremonies as well. Finally, the cost is reasonable. If you can host your event Monday - Thursday, there's even more cost savings. Staff members are available to help and man the bar. Check them out!

I was impressed that there was another wedding going on down the hall and we didn't hear their music etc. The food was really good. From the cocktail hour all the way through the end of the reception, food was just non stop. I left there so full. Usually, I leave a wedding needing to get something to eat. There was: Fruit Jumbo lump crab dip Salad with apples, cranberries, and beets Jerk Chicken Pepper Steak over rice Italian Macaroni Veggies Roasted Potatoes Jumbo lump Crabcakes. I do think the crabcakes were a bit dry but everything else was wonderful. I was visiting from out of town but if I have friends in the area getting married, I'd recommend this place. Perfect for receptions, baby shower, birthday gatherings...Tonight there was a wedding, a high school prom & other private parties such as my friend's celebration. The venue was clean. The room my friends chose was a nice size. 15 tables and the tables sat 8 people comfortably with a nice size dance floor in the middle. She had a buffet style dinner which consisted of friend chicken, mac and cheese, string beans with carrots, salmon, roast beef with gravy...rolls and a variety of cakes selections. The food was bland and the coffee was watered down. They had a cash bar and for the occasion it was an awesome time. The BIRTHDAY GIRL was happy! So that's all that matters!! Happy Yelping!

It was literally everything I imagined and MORE! The customer service...PHENOMENAL! The food....PHENOMENAL! The decor....PHENOMENAL! The venue itself....PHENOMENAL! Key word here is...PHENOMENAL!!! One of the reasons we booked this venue is because it's literally a one stop shop. They do the catering, the cake, the tablecloths/place setting, bar, the set-up and clean-up! Of course we had a florist, dj, 360 Photo Booth and other crowd pleasers, but the bulk of the items that were required were provided by the venue. The Villa provides a day-of planner, which she was absolutely helpful and knowledgeable, but I wanted someone who knew me personally to advocate for me. I hired another coordinator to be my liaison for the day. I would suggest you do the same, if you're getting married. It's just good to have someone that knows you or will advocate for you when you need them. I had a few hiccups during my wedding day and expressed my concerns to management the day after. The professionalism and courtesy they provided us was extremely appreciative. From start to finish, my wedding coordinator explained everything, responded to all 5 million of my emails - in a very timely manner. Anything we were confused or didn't understand, was thoroughly explained. My original coordinator left her position, but Tracy stepped right in with both feet on the ground. If you're on the fence, give this venue a try. We had our wedding in the tent, which I believe is called the Renaissance Room. The location was perfect, the serving staff were awesome and we just had a knock down, drag out time! People are still talking about my perfect day!

The cakes are to die for and the food was right on! We tried to lie to Shonda, we said we didn't like our food but since there was nothing on the plate she knew we were lying. A girl was just trying to get seconds! It was a tasting... can you blame me for trying???? Overall, my experience with Jeff has been amazing. Shonda is a doll and I can't wait for my event! This venue is visually beautiful, but the customer service, cleanliness, and professionalism were…read moreextremely disappointing.i would not recommend this venue. I chose this space for my baby shower because I loved the blank canvas aesthetic. At the time I was booking, they were running to specials, a $200 new customer discount and an end of the year special. The End of the Year special was a better deal, so I inquired with the owner if I could use that even though my event was in February. The owner declined (which was completely fine), but offered a $300 if I booked the same day after my tour...which I did. In hindsight, there were red flags I should have paid more attention to when booking. During the tour of the venue we saw a bug on the floor and the chairs looked dirty. I brushed it off as a one-time issue. Unfortunately, that just foreshadowed my experience that was to come. When we arrived at our contracted time of 9:00AM on the day of the shower, the venue smelled like bleach, yet was still dirty from the night before. My family spent a SIGNIFICANT amount of time cleaning tables and chairs before they could even start setting up. Several chairs were also damaged upon my family's arrival -- something the owner tried to blame on my family at the end of the event. We also experienced electrical issues with this venue. My DJ arrived around 12PM noon to begin her set up and we learned shortly after that all the outlets on one side of the venue did not work. After spending a large amount of time trying to troubleshoot, I had to call the owner TWICE to ask her to come troubleshoot. She arrived just before 1PM to start troubleshooting while guests were already arriving. This further delayed the start of my event. Although the venue advertises it can hold over 100 people, we had approximately 80 guests and the space felt very crowded and hot. At one point, my husband had to ask the owner -- who was sitting in her car outside the venue -- to turn off the heat completely because of how uncomfortable both myself and my guests were. This was in February on a day it was snowing -- it was so hot we did not want heat in the middle of winter. When we brought our concerns to the owners, they became argumentative and placed blame on us rather than taking accountability. She offered NO meaningful resolution. When I requested a $200 refund due to the multiple issues (less than one hour of the rental rate) the owner refused, said I shouldn't get anything since she already gave me a $300 discount when booking, and finally offered a mere $50. As a new business, customer service and accountability are critical. While the venue photographed beautifully, the lack of professionalism, cleanliness, and lack of support on the day of my event left a lasting negative impression.

Came to this location for the first time with a group of friends. We took up one lane, played one…read moregame, and rented shoes. Total came out to approximately $16 for each person. Some of us also ordered food and drinks. What's Hot - Service. Pretty good. Shortly after we sat down, one of their staffers brought us a couple pitchers of ice water with glasses and straws for our group. She also took our orders for food and drinks. Something to be aware of, you cannot order food and drinks on the booth tablet. - Food. For a bowling alley, their food was surprisingly good. Someone in our group ordered a cheeseburger with fries, and someone else ordered their mozzarella bites and fries. Their fries are slightly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and seasoned just enough. All of us liked their fries. Their hot honey pizza had a good amount of cheese and pepperoni drizzled with hot honey. You could taste the sweetness and it was slightly spicy. Not a fan of the strawberry margarita, as I thought it was too tart. - Layout. The lanes are a decent size and has a u-shaped booth, which accommodates a fairly good number of people. Our group was 8 people and the booth accommodated all of us. There is room underneath the seats for you to put your shoes. Each side of the bench has a table. - Cost. To pay approximately $16 per person for one game, to include shoe rental is pretty good. Our group probably took about 2 hours to play one game. About a week before we came, I called ahead to ask about reservations. I've been informed that reservations are generally a good idea when there's a large group that wants to play several games, to include food and drinks. Their package specials tend to be geared towards that. That's why our group just walked in. I was told that earlier in the day tends not to be crowded. I recommend calling ahead to confirm depending on the day and time you plan on going. - Parking. There's a decent size parking lot at no cost, which is definitely helpful. What's Not - Cost. Drinks can be expensive. My husband ordered a hot honey pepperoni pizza (12 inches), which is approximately $17 and a pitcher of strawberry margarita for approximately $27. Pretty pricey for a pitcher of margarita. Pretty good value for the hot honey pizza and additional items that our group ordered. - Service. Orders for food and drinks were staggered during the time we were there. After a couple of us put in the first order, their staffer did not return to check in on us. As such, others had to be done at the food court. Something to be aware of- once you're set up, it's less likely than not for a staffer to return. - Acoustics. Bowling alleys are expected to be loud. Specifically, what our group did not like is that at one point, the music they played became extra loud, especially from the speakers that were right behind our booth. It's one thing to be loud. It's another thing to unnecessarily add to the noise. Final Answer Plan on coming back, but will be very mindful of the day and time.
