I found this wonderful braid shop on Yelp and here is my experience…read more.. Pros - I an OBSESSED with how beautiful these braids came out. This was my first time getting knotless braids and I don't think I can ever go back to the original method. The braids are not too tight and I don't have the tension on my edges that is common with braids. I showed the braider a picture of what I wanted and they delivered exactly what I asked for. Also... I love how considerate the shop owner and workers were. The owner walks around periodically with a snack and water tray for the customers (which was a very nice personal touch). One lady's phone had died and the braider paused, went to the back, and got her a charger with an extended cord so she could continue to watch her phone and charge at the same time. I also saw sterilization of the chairs between clients with seats and tools being cleaned. These little details mean the world to me; and I was so happy to see it. It took a total of 5 hours to do my hair (4 hours is what I was told when booking the appointment;but the owner admitted that they were short a braider). Still.... Not bad at all for the style I was requesting. Cons- My appointment was at 1:30, but they did not start on my hair until 2:45. The owner said this was because she was short a braider (which I completely understand) but if you have a schedule and have to arrange child care (like I had to) then it's a big deal when the timed appointment isn't kept. Also, The braids were a little on the expensive side (in my opinion). I paid $260 for this style and I usually pay $200 at other braid locations. Overall I am so happy with my experience and final product. I will be back!!!
