One nice way to save a few bucks is to make your next appointment while you're still there. They gave me 10% off for that - a nice little perk! It's been long enough now that I'm sorry to say I forget the names of the people with whom I had appointments, but they were always pleasant and professional. The quality of the services was really above average. The Accupressure Facial (no needles, just hands on pressure points) was soooooo relaxing and the Sports Massage was really very effective in getting out those knots that had formed hunching over my desk studying. There was only one odd bump in the road. At my first two appointments, two different people mentioned to me that they do eyebrow and eyelash tinting, though they admitted it wasn't something they preferred to do. As I could not find any other place in Middlebury that seemed to have that service, I made an appointment to get both done at Waterfalls. I figured if they didn't really want my business, they shouldn't have told me they did it. When I headed toward the tinting room, the woman mentioned just my eyelashes and I said, oh, and my eyebrows too please. She had already looked a bit put out, but when I said that she began to hem and haw about not having enough time. (I was the last appointment of the day) Now, I've had these services done many times before and they always start the eyelashes and while that's sitting do the eyebrows, so I don't really know how there wasn't enough time. But, me being a huge wimp about confrontation, I sucked it up and walked out with my eyebrows the same color as before. So, perhaps bad on me for not addressing it more effectively, but when you tell me you offer a service, please don't appear so resigned and put out when I request that service! On the day of the wedding, she knew just what to do to get the style just right. She was awesome at taking input from both me and my mom, and both of us received lots of compliments!
