You must move quickly. - Slipped Buyers Agency into contract without discussing it at all prior to showings or contact, which causes you to pay his commission out of pocket in addition to seller paying. - Does not inform sellers agent of inspections or settlement time. - Does not put settlement in his calendar. So he almost misses it. - Does not change incorrect information on contact when you ask him, so you end up with it on your deed and have to pay to change it. - Speaks for you with other parties without consulting with you first.
