I found my dream home by accident. I was cruising listings for fun and I found one that I had to know more about. I was planning to move, but I was not planning to find what I found. Most people would call this house garbage, lol. So I had to see this property. On a holiday weekend with no agent, I had unreasonable expectations to see this house. The day before settlement, my lender decided because the house was so old and not in the best shape, they were not accepting the appraisal that they, themselves previously approved. This summer, my husband and I set out to find a forever home for our family. We built a house a few years ago thinking that it would work for us long term and quickly starting realizing that it wouldn't. Our son uses a wheelchair to get around so all of his living space must be located on the first floor. As he's grown we started realizing that our current home just wouldn't fit his needs long term. I just wanted to shout out Nick Kellar, Sam Thomsen and the amazing team at Atlas Premier Realty. After 11 years in our townhouse we had run out of space!
