Here's the thing! Gulch area/district includes shops and restaurants. The area is clean with lots to do and walking distance from downtown Nashville. Go make your own candle or have some yummy biscuits or go buy some great clothes.

The Gulch is an upscale neighborhood known for its chic hotels, high-end fashion boutiques & trendy restaurants. In a striking art deco building, The Frist Art Museum is here. There were many parking lots but I happily snagged a street spot & put quarters in the meter for 2 hours. We had a fun time walking around & were amazed that many restaurants had lines out the door.

This is an up and coming area in Nashville. Lots of little shops and restaurants everywhere. There's even a wing mural that everyone takes photos with in the area.

The Gulch is a cool district in Nashville. Lots of shops , restaurants and so much more. I came to a restaurant in the area and really enjoyed the vibe. Easily one of my favorite areas in Nashville , TN. Check it out!

The Gulch is a very hip and trendy neighborhood not far from downtown Nashville. There are a lot of restaurants, boutiques, bars, and coffee shops. We rented an Air Bnb at a condo in The Gulch and it was awesome. The neighborhood is very walkable and we felt safe while we were there. I saw photos of the Wings mural on Pinterest, but didn't realize it was down the street from our condo. We happened to walk by one night and the line was very short. We waited about 5 minutes and while I was getting my photo taken, the light above the mural came on so you can definitely get photos at night. The lines are much shorter in the evening. We had breakfast at Biscuit Love and it was really good! We were able to beat the breakfast rush, but by 10 am, the line was down the sidewalk. I enjoyed my stay in The Gulch and will probably stay in this neighborhood again the next time I'm in town.

The Gulch is an area of Nashville that I loved checking out! So many restaurants, bars, and shops! It's home of the infamous What Lifts You wing mural. Very pretty! I could of stayed here all day if I didn't only just have one weekend here!

The Gulch is awesome! If you're visiting Nashville, I absolutely recommend visiting this area! There's so much to see and do. There are fashionable hotels to stay in, boutiques to shop at, awesome restaurants to dine at, cool bars to grab a drink in, local art to check out, and there's so much more! This area seriously has everything. When I visit the Nashville office of my company I always park at The Frist Art Museum, which is nearby. From here it's easy to pop over to The Gulch, whether you're walking or driving. If you're in Nashville, be sure to head over to The Gulch to see what you can find to see, do, and eat or drink! I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Would have spent more time if it was a warmer and nicer day today. Lots of great snack, cookie, s'mores, boutique, coffee and restaurants along this main drag. What a cute and special romp for the weekend. Took a good stroll in many shops: Drapery James, Christie cookies, Bartaco, taqueria and many more.

Well know picture spot, the Angel Wings.

Nice area, a must visit if you're in Nashville. Very laidback compared to Broadway St. A variety of restaurants and bars or for a nice stroll.

Music Row is where the magic happens--where artists record their hits, where industry professionals work behind the scenes, and where the history of American music is preserved and celebrated. Quality/Quantity - Cool walking around seeing all the different studios here. It would be nice to get a tour and learn more...? Also had a decent small "bar" and "Honky Tonk" scene. But I choose to just hang out at Tailgate Brewery instead. Well we did walk that small strip. "Broadway" street is also not too far away if you really want to party! There is some art, scriptures, etc. also. Not sure if I took those pictures. We were told October was a perfect time to visit. :) Atmosphere - See above. Service - Good. Price - Depends on what you buy, eat, or drink. Owner Comment - A cool relaxing way to end our trip, thank you.

Yes, there were some fun Bourbon Street (NOLA) parallels and energy, and I thought that the overall Cajun culture was cooler there, and the music (that I like) better here. And hats off to the hardworking folks that help keep this place safe and clean. We arrived in Nashville mid-week and make it a point to hear our music mostly in the daytime. We thought things were a little quieter and laid back, particular in our music choices of Roberts Western World, Ole Red, and the 1st Floor of Chiefs. We also very much enjoyed the Mud Bug Stompers one evening at the Acme and then went off-Broadway one evening at Alley Taps and another time at a more distant Listening Room venue. Going into the weekend and starting on Thursday night, the crowds on the streets and some of the bars were "wall to wall" starting mid-morning. But in the early morning (as seen from Chief's rooftop bar), things seemed so calm and peaceful, like a calm before a storm.
