The team was able to help us create a plan to identify the source of the water and get it dry quickly. Unfortunately we had to pull up our flooring and do some demolition to our walls to access all the water but they did that in less than a few hours . I was grateful they disposed of all the damage materials. It took a lot of equipment to get us back to dry but the noise was not too bad with our doors closed. I am thankful to be dry, sanitized, and mold free. The 3 gentlemen were able to explain every step of the process and keep us informed on what it takes to stop water damage in our Ellisville home. The quick response and quality of the job was all for a great value! I thought the water damage was going to cost me an arm and entire leg, but this team is the real deal. I will be calling them back in case of any other emergency and referring them to everyone.

Would call and not show up for a week. finally got all the wet carpet, padding and drywall. They started in 2nd week of March and finished in later April. They would ask if they could leave some equipment behind, so they did not have to drag it around, and then charge me for it being stored at my house. Also, they never quoted a price until they found out how much insurance was covering. When they found that out they got a contract out to us at the end of the work instead of upfront. I feel that they took advantage of a situation and inflated their prices knowing how much insurance would cover. I would never recommend or even come close to using this company ever again.

I cannot recommend them enough! It is refreshing to find a company in this town that responds, responds quickly, and seems to actually care. We've been calling around other companies struggling to get responses with week plus long wait times just to get someone out. We just couldn't wait that long with our water damage and a big winter storm on its way, so we took a chance and called RestoPros, not even sure our project really fell under restoration and we are SO happy we did! The guy who showed up was Doug, I cannot recommend him enough. He was informative and patient- took the time to talk through everything and answer our questions, which were plentiful bc we are pretty clueless about this stuff. I also cannot state enough- they responded so quickly!! I cannot thank Doug and the RestoPros team enough for bringing us peace of mind by addressing our issues faster than I thought possible and making our home secure ahead of a huge storm. My only regret is not calling these guys first. Hours wasted calling others who couldn't help us meanwhile I heard back from these guys immediately and Doug was out right away- I almost didn't believe it until my doorbell rang. If you have any damage this is who you want to call for sure!

One of the worst things that can go wrong, is your drain, especially in a home that is going on 50 years old. I had called, Roto-Rooter( located in St Peters) their response was fast, they sent out a technician within a 2 hours, saw what the problem, and had schedule another technician to come the next morning. They quoted their price which included fees and taxes. Thankfully they did a great job. They are also very knowledgeable and said that most homeowners living in older homes will at some point have problems with their drains. Turns out my drain is made of cast iron. My house was built in 1978, so if your home is that old..please have your drains and plumbing inspected. I highly recommend this, 5 x 2 thumb up, business!

Michael Harris (tech #4584) immediately responded and took care of the issue. He not only installed a new sump pump, but proactively suggested that I replace the discharge pipe that was too small for the property. I'm grateful he took care of the problem fast which avoided water damage to the property and my resident's belongings. Michael also had the courtesy to discuss the recommended solutions and financial investment privately with me - out of earshot of my residents. This was much appreciated as most vendors create awkward situations when residents hear/think they are getting something (new carpet, new appliance, etc.) when instead a simple repair is all that is needed. It was nice to collaborate on a solution first, then tell the residents together.
