I contacted this company to remove 4 large bushes and haul them away. I requested they be cut at ground level so landscape rock would cover the stump. The Grounds Guys showed up on time and completed the job as requested and quoted. I found them to be reasonable in price. Omg !!!!!! Here we go again !!!! So now Phil you and your company are in complete denial of your employee ( included photo ) knocking my neighbors A/C completely off the brackets it sets on ?????? What an awful company I was the witness and took the photo . I was on my deck it was absolutely a clear view of your employee picking it up . Your employee admitted it to the owner once my husband informed Jim of what had happened. Why would any of your employees even touch our A/C units ? What a horrible horrible company you have. To take advantage of an individual who clearly what's his unit checked out at your cost. Now you denied that this even happened, REALLY !!!! this company has a high turnover so what that means for your lawn is crappie service. They use commercial mowers for small areas which makes a mess with the grass. They cut towards your landscaping blowing grass all over it. They will run into your house leaving holes in the siding and throw rocks into windows. They dig with the trimmer causing trenches next to driveways, patios and sidewalks. They cut when the grass is wet after a rain and do not blow off the mess. I would not recommend this company. The Grounds Guys have turned my rocky clay soil into a beautiful lawn. They have done lots of work here and I have been 100% satisfied.
