I figured it was a truck load, but there were other items around the property I didn't see including a refrigerator; which I always put out at the curb for salvage guys to take for free. I had used Junk King on numerous occasions so I did not request an estimate when they arrived at the property. This was a painful mistake / omission on my part. I received a bill for nearly $1,700 for 3 plus truckloads. I got no phone call or advanced warning from the franchisee to let me know what the cost was going to be for the removal of these items. Had I had that information in advance, I would have definitely chosen a dumpster and labor as it would have been a third of the price. All the franchisee said was: "Sorry. Now we know for next time." Definitely NOT going to be a next time. Buyer beware when you hire this junk King franchisee for the South suburbs. Shady.

Because it was my job to decide on which company to use and go through the contracts I selected this company because of their guarantee and the services they offered. They cleaned the units from the top of the roof to the bottom. They cleaned the eaves over the front doors. Most buildings had algae on them some worse than the others. When I met Owen and Ryan I told them I would be their best friend or worst nightmare because I was the one to sign the contract so I expected great work. They were professional and worked so hard for two days to clean these two story buildings. They did an awesome job. When they were done they asked me if I was their best friend or worst enemy. I'm sorry... that's just ridiculous - and this is from someone who's had several closets done with multiple drawers, baskets and what nots. I don't care what they're made out of - it's literally a shelf. At the end of the day, step back and see what it is that you're offering.
