The appointment process was smooth, they fit me right in the following week rather than have to wait months, which is my issue with other groomers. I was greeted with a smile, as was my pup. My puppy is happy to go there every time. She LOVES seeing familiar faces and the employees are pleasant and helpful. We have had to use them for last minute boarding and day care since we started and they are truly there for their clients. I know I can rely on them and they listen to any concerns I have. I took my puppy for intro grooming to another place and that service messed up her cut. Brianna, the groomer at Gemini, is currently helping to get her shape back and she has had detailed conversations with me on how she will help. My puppy is looking adorable again. Trainers there are very detailed and knowledgeable with what they do and how your puppy responds. I think I may go for additional training. Overall, I'm very pleased and would highly recommend them. Now I understand why their evaluation process is so detailed. They truly care about their dogs.

The "business" side of the business is frictionless, run by Ian who knows that it means to provide services to customers, but he also truly has a dog-owner's heart. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I dropped my bulldog off there for grooming in August. She was…read moreperfectly fine when I dropped her off with ZERO issues. When I came back she was in "the Back" with many other dogs and was breathing heavily. A/C was OFF. The place was very warm and quite frankly too many dogs and hot. I put my dog in my car started to drive when she started foaming at the mouth and could not breath. I raced her to Middlesex Animal Hospital in Billerica. They brought her in as a medical emergency and saved her life. They placed her on a cooling bed with bolus "I/V's- she was diagnosed with heat exhaustion. Her temp was dangerously high and thank god I got there when I did. She had to stay in the hospital for monitoring. I called "you dirty dog" and the owner actually did not want to give me my money back. I threatened to take her to court and showed my paperwork from the Vet. This place is not what it use to be. I will never return every again. Not safe and its a dump. All set!
