And we told them this so maybe that's the reason for the passive aggressive behavior? Anyways I'm not thrilled with the care my pups received.

He was placed in a dimly Lit kennel and left alone for 14 hours overnight as they have no staff after 5 pm. We were so appalled at the state of his kennel we had a friend go pick him up as we were out of town and could not fathom the idea of keeping him there another night. I asked the kennel to call me when he was picked up, they didn't. Failure to communicate is on brand for this business. I cried when I got his picture.
