Decided to try a cleaning service recommended by Facebook and our realtor. Robert showed up promptly the afternoon we closed on our house started what would be a VERY long process. There were steps to the process that caused the carpet to look much, much worse before it got better but I was so shocked on Day 5- it was GONE. All of it. No staining, the carpet was fluffy, smelled fresh (not perfumed or scented- just CLEAN!). Roberts communication Ali the way was phenomenal. He was punctual and efficient, patiently working around us as we worked in the house while our kids played around it all. His prices were beyond reasonable, his work was far superior in comparison to what we paid. I will ABSOLUTELY call him again and will recommend him to everyone I know who needs a carpet cleaning service- which basically, if you have carpet and kids or pets, you need this!
