He was placed in a dimly Lit kennel and left alone for 14 hours overnight as they have no staff after 5 pm. We were so appalled at the state of his kennel we had a friend go pick him up as we were out of town and could not fathom the idea of keeping him there another night. I asked the kennel to call me when he was picked up, they didn't. Failure to communicate is on brand for this business. I cried when I got his picture. Please save yourself the heartache and book somewhere cleaner and more attentive.

Boarding pups is so difficult. I never truly LIKE doing it. But watching my pup (had the room with…read morea camera) panting excessively for 30 min after I called (and had to leave a message because they don't have more that 1 person working usually) that my dogs needed water...well that did it for me. It was also strange that they called my emergency contact when I didn't answer a text asking about a Feb reservation. And I mean with 2 hours of the text being sent. Emergency contacts are not for reservation confirmation. I found this to be a bad judgment call. We won't be back. And we told them this so maybe that's the reason for the passive aggressive behavior? Anyways I'm not thrilled with the care my pups received.

We have left them as long as 48 days and our pugs never had one complaint. In fact, it seemed that they were always happy when they saw and heard Amber. Amber is so good with them. We lost one of our pugs about two years ago. Our other one is now at an age where she is deaf and blind. Amber took very good care of her while we were gone last year for about 30 days. We highly recommend Amber and her business. BTW - we live an hour away and have no problem driving that to board our dogs with Amber. Robert Lewis

When we moved here from Ft. Campbell, I was nervous about finding a new vet to go to. We absolutely…read moreloved Tiny Town Animal Clinic because that's where my two oldest Manning and Gracyn started off going for their shots and grooming (the staff there absolutely adored my pups). So coming here I was pretty nervous but the reviews all seemed great besides the few outliers that didn't phase me. For one, the vet is always clean and is pretty roomy. I like that it's not a small waiting room/ front desk area where it feels crammed and muggy. I also like the front desk people because as much as I've came to this vet, some of them start to recognize you and your dogs and it makes you feel welcomed. I'm not sure what the other reviews were talking about but every time I've been there, it was always the same few front desk people. If they were talking about the techs, then they need to know that vet techs come and go, we do live in a military town where people are constantly moving, and it's a lot of young faces so probably people who just got done with their program and looking to work. Lastly, I truly enjoy this vet because of the veterinarians. Dr. Hackworth is such a kind soul and you can tell just by one meet with him. He has always taken care of my three pups whenever we came in for their routine vaccinations. Anytime my babies had surgeries I always requested him. I'm sure they are all great though because they are under the watch of Dr. Hackworth. I have been coming to this vet for almost 2 years now and probably a lot more visits than majority of these reviewers due to the fact that I have 3 fur babies and there's been surgeries and multiple puppy shots that they had to get so this backs up my credibility of this review. Lastly, their prices are unbeatable. I've never been to such a nicely priced vet. Trust me- my first two pups have been spayed and neutered and my third one was the cheapest! I highly recommend this vet!
