Best price of anywhere, but the service is still the very best. I mean it. And we always tip…read morebecause they do such a good job. Now I see why this building has successfully been here for decades. Edit: I read the review from 3 days ago from an "unhappy customer" well I just want to say my cat gets shaved Everytime too, and they say they can't trim his fur halfway. I believe them, I mean they could do that, but for the price a shave is reasonable. The owner does have enough customers and demand (most affordable place around) that she DOES get to dictate which customers she will take and how she will take them/what services she can reasonably offer for said price. If you want your incredibly shaggy and huge dog to get trimmed up the way you want you'll have to find somewhere else, and it'll be $200 minimum, plus tip. So yeah, for the money I do what Ms Anderson says and we all leave happy. Especially my cat. Whoever said the customer is always right was dead wrong. And these "shaming reviews" where "I left in tears" make me sick. Nost people leave happy and they won't leave a review because they are happy to get along with their lives. When people are unhappy they are much more likely to review, meaning reviews are always skewed negative. Ignore the fussy customers and try this place out. It really is the best bang for your buck. The owner really can say no to customers - she literally has a line out the door every morning I drop my cat off Second edit : man so many people here want these fancy haircuts. It's an affordable grooming service not a luxury spa. People just want an arm and a leg for the price of a finger. Jeez. It's $75 bucks. Most places charge over $100, and often well over. Off topic but I'm also tired of seeing all these foo foo haircuts people want. Maybe cuz I'm a guy I like my pets to be animals and not a supermodel. I don't own a pet for the way it looks I own a pet for companionship. I got my cat shaved so he doesn't shed so much. Maybe men are just functional and women are more concerned with looks. Some call it internalized misogyny but it seems they are treating their pets like models and not animals.

Come to find out it was the wrong Wheaton terrier! They had sent my dog home with some one else who they had to call and come back with my dog! If I had not caught that right away, I would have had to wrong dog over night and my dog with strangers overnight bc they were closing. I called to talk with the owner (BETH) the next day, she apologized and said he could get a free spa treatment next time. I was under the impression that meant a free grooming. Dropped him off today expecting them to make right the huge mistake last time. WRONG......I was stilled charged $86 today and come to find out "spa package" is $10. When I got home I called to discuss my dissatisfaction. Beth cut me off mid sentence and I was told my dog was not harmed, they had no AC in their shop today and it was 90 degrees there and I should feel free to take my business else. My response, "oh you bet your ass I will" and then she hung up on me! I don't know who uses this poorly run Business but not only did they make a huge mistake and basically did nothing to compensate but they are extremely rude! Bye bye Miss Anderson

As long as she is properly groomed. They call me back in an hour, tell me they could not remove all of the matting, she'd have to be taken to a vet & be sedated for it all to be removed. She'll be ready by 5. Ummmmm ok. I was annoyed because the owner bragged about all these credentials she had and how she's been in business for so long but couldn't handle matting. But whatever. They also tell me they would only charge me for what hair they could get off of her. my sister arrived to pick up my dog, and was informed that they indeed were able to remove all of her hair but did not bathe her at all. The owner then informed my sister that they had been working on her all day. Which is a lie, because when I called at 3:45 the owner told me they hadn't gotten to her yet! My sister said the owner then tried to clean it up and say "well we've been going back-and-forth with her all day." so which is it, were are you going back-and-forth with her all day or did you not get to her until 345???? Furthermore, if you have been working on her all day, by the end of the day she should be all finished and ready for a bath, right? I paid $70 for her to only get cut and they barely cut her nails. I feel like after they cut her, why couldn't she get a bath? She's 6 lbs and hairless now, her bath and blow dry should have not taken that long.
