THIS IS THE BIG POINT: the Thomas Raymond yelping and screaming (actually I'd call it other-worldly screeching) for each nail trim (which is above and beyond drama) didn't exist, except for a few yips on this trip. And that makes me happy! He's getting used to it, and The Groom Room is working its magic! I do like that nobody comes home with bows or ribbons or bandanas or any other accoutrements. And true to form -- which has been a curse we've endured for at least two years -- it rains the day they're groomed. Crap in a handbag!
