Placed an online order. Still had to wait in line for 2 hours! They had two lines. One for online and one for walk ups. They took 6-9 people at a time from the walk up line, and only 3 at a time from the online order line. What's the point of online order if the walk up line is going to move 2x as fast? Either they where completely understaffed, or not we'll managed. read more

This place is the best location for your green solution. Right next to the great grizzlies training ground is the location. It has ample parking and a very fast line with a friendly staff and very clean friendly professional service. They offer discount for veterans and other state's medical patients. They never ever have halves or ounces. Was charged an extra $20 dollars for my half because I was adamant about getting my medicine so instead of my normal $140 turns into $160 for "special treatment". I buy bulk because I cannot afford $60 eights. The attitude of most the staff is "who cares" and that isn't how it should be done. They will give you so many excuses instead of just being honest. Made to feel very uncomfortable for wanting specific flower for my epilepsy. Customer service means a lot to me and they lack it all. read more

This place seems messy. Wasn't even able to stand in line despite arriving 2.5 hours before closing. A security guard watched us walk up and down the long, nearly empty, queue line before turning us away because "the line is cut off here." No other explanation. There was no indication on the website of shortened hours or limited quantities of products. This business seems to have forgotten that people take time to drive, sometimes long distances, to their location. This location has wen way downhill. The selection is not even close to being worth it. They went from selling $60 gs of shatter, to selling $35 half gs. They clearly have a budget issue, and seems they spent way to much on hats, shirts, and other branded stuff. They literally got in a excessive amount of shwag and the product selection has deteriorated since then. You can go to their menu and see for yourself. Right now they have 2 indicas, 2 sativas, and 3 hybrid flowers.... Compared to the 60+ the other dispensary 10 min away has. I've actually had conversations with Andrew, Jess, and the balder manager about how they get to try "most" of everything because they have a "girl" employee with a medical card. They only carry SOME (key word) GTI, Revolution, IESO, PTS,Shelby, and Cresco. THere is OVER 14 cultivators in Illinois, but they carry only a COUPLE things from 4-5 of them... They claim is because of quality, but don't even carry the best. They also claim that the selling half gs is because not all of there patients can afford a full gram. But in all actuality, it cost us more, and gives them more of a profit. Walk in and see the tablets with all of the flower, guess what 99.9% of what is displayed isn't even in the store... They say "Its because we get it so cheap we cant advertise it" LMFAO. ask for something off one of them screens... They run no specials other then $20 for referring a friend. Oh and military discount. (EVERY dispensary does this.)Sure the wait time is almost non existent, but there is a reason for this, they have no product selection, and the prices have went up because of this. Want a ride from a friend? They ran out of what you budget for, and want to call your wife to see if you can spend a little more? NOPE, don't try it!!!! They like to jump all over there patients! I'm a small business owner with over 100k household income, but yet i spend so much they think, (and accused) me of selling my product. I've first hand watched a employee get extremely upset and use foul language because she didn't want to help a patient, 'Because she takes to long" Shes also the same girl who uses her card to help the other workers. (So of course they don't say anything to her, they would lose out on Medical access). The place is a joke, and corporate needs to come in and clean house. There is a reason they have so little patients, and the dispensary 10 min away has around 1000. Its bad when "The most awarded dispensary chain in Colorado" is struggling to compete with HCI 10 min away. HCI is NEW. If your picking your dispensary for the first time, please look at your options and the menus of the dispensary choices you have. I left a review on another site 3 weeks ago, and everytime ive came in the managers (Andrew, and bald guy) has tried to persuade me to take it down. Not only is this unprofessional, the hostility ive felt each time isint worth it. Corporate needs to come in and clean house. This review is coming from someone who has spent well over 12k in the past 6 months there, and another 12k (conservatively) at the neighboring dispensary, the 6 months prior. I' weighed my options, and the lack of selection, hostility, and accusing me of selling product I wouldn't walk in here if they gave me free product for the next 6 months. Don't waste your time or money! These people are no friend of the cannabis user. If you go here is what to expect. I went there around noon on a Saturday. Stood in line for an hour and a half to get inside. Once inside I stood in another line to have my drivers license scanned. Then I was led into a room where I stood in another line to talk to a budtender. I asked the budtender to see a pure indica and was told that they had only one strain of flower and it was a hybrid. I asked to see it but there was nothing to see or smell since it is pre-packaged. From what I could see it was just small buds. I ordered two 1/8ths at $67 an 1/8th. That's $134 a quarter! Then I stood in another line to work my way to the cashier. That's where I was told that the total was $190 for a quarter ounce! WHAT! I said thanks but no thanks. These people are just taking advantage of the new legalization in Illinois. Their Colorado stores sell full ounces for $120 so what gives. I know it's all about supply and demand but when the supply goes up (and it will) and the price goes down (and it will) I will remember which dispensaries tried to screw it's customers.
