I decided on Saturday that after not going into Luxury Leaf for over a month that I wanted to clear out my points that I have been collecting since 23', which is about $70 worth. I placed my order online and I went to pick it up when I got to the counter to complete my transaction. I let the cashier know that I wanted to use all of my points and I would pay the difference. I was actually informed that since my purchase was at least $100 I could use $10 of my $70 but I was not allowed to use the entirety of my points on a product purchase I could use up to $10 only. However, if I was purchasing luxury, relief, branded merch. I could use the entirety of my balance, inconvenient to say the least. I spoke with someone today and was informed that I'm not the only one that has this frustration with the reward system from what it seems like with Luxury Leaf. This type of system only happens when items are purchased on consignment (credit) from suppliers, which means Luxury Leaf does not pay in full for those items until after the sell of the product. I know this to be a variable in the equation because there's no way that I can walk into any other dispensary, in the grove or otherwise, with $70 worth of points under my account and not be able to purchase a THC products using the entirety of what I have on file. So now I'm currently waiting for the sole owner to call me so we can discuss why I can't use the points that I spent my hard earn money to gain in the way that I as a customer should so choose. It's nuances like these that are the reason why I wanted to deplete my rewards account in the first place to be done with this dispensary. And don't even get me started on the CREA complaint that's about to be filed because of their delivery restrictions on one particular area code in the St. Louis Metropolitan area. read more

I never thought the place that would question disability would be a dispensary, the same place that normally brings me so much relief. It is Not my job to Educate the ignorant but it is the employers. I parked in the Handicap displaying a handicap plate and my placard hanging from the rear view. The Security guard came flying out of the door as soon as my husband and I checked in demanding to know if I am actually disabled. Damien I believe was the uneducated Security guards name. He proceeded to tell me I am not allowed to park in the handicap if "the car is the only thing handicap." I responded with I am disabled it is my dad's car and I have my placard Hanging. He said they have patients that can't walk and that's what the handicap is for. My husband can tell I'm getting flustered and embarrassed and knows all of my conditions are intensified with stress so he calmly says he'll just move it If it's an issues. As my husband is moving the car the security guard continues to harass me saying he himself is disabled how dare I All I am doing is scamming the system he hates people like me That takes something I don't need. SIR you have WAY too big of an ego to be that ignorant. If you are Infact disabled you should be aware of The American Disability ACT. If you are then You are also aware that you violated my civil rights under the ADA by interfering with my ability to use accessibility features. DO better, Be better, Educate yourself and the staff. As someone who has been disabled since 19 We already function differently then everyone else and miss out on so many things don't call us out on it or make us prove it. *FUN FACT: If I have a handicap plate or placard displayed THAT IS actually ALL the proof you need. read more

Online ordering process is a mess, it took me almost an hour of trying to pay at checkout before i finally gave up. It repeatedly sent me through a loop of entering my information, finding my bank, linking my account just to load back to the first screen asking me to chose a payment method all over again, only to reveal in the end that there is a select few banks you can chose to pay from and that there is no alternative way to pay. so yeah, it was complete waste of time and energy. read more

WARNING!!!! PLEASE READ I had a very bad experience with this place today. They were obviously attempting to scam me. The products I were attempting to buy were $38.25 a piece. Bringing the true subtotal to $76.50. The receipt stated that the subtotal was $90! Before handing them my money, I questioned the clerk about the error. He shrugged his shoulders and told me it was the taxes. I pointed out the the taxes appeared after the subtotal on the receipt. The end result is that they attempted to overcharge me $13.50 and would've gotten away with it if i couldn't do simple math in my head. Even after proving the mistake to them they refused to correct the order. Buyer beware!!! read more

They sent a text saying my order was ready. But they should've sent a text saying they were closing early. since I literally placed the order only an hour ago.
