Yeah, I went into this place absolute horrible dispensary and that takes a lot for me to say…read morebecause after all you're going to buy what you're buying but once I did buy what I bought it was absolutely fake. THCA crap that you buy on any Internet or get into a gas station it is absolutely not real. I bought an ounce. It was absolute trash. Gave it away. Bought a few different infuses of a few different strands. All absolute fake whoever smoking this I feel bad for them because it's not getting high on THC. You're getting high on whatever they've sprayed on it I give this a -5 star dispensary I wouldn't go 50 foot of this place ever again.

Today they had a limited supply of what I like (2 left) so I ordered what they had early in the morning. Got a call at 2:30 that they had sold one of the things I ordered to someone else. IDK, I feel like they did me dirty. I'd rather use a place that wouldn't do that, especially since I shop here often. (They know how to TAKE the reservation, they just don't know how to KEEP the reservation). Anyway, I'm just going to back to Greenlight where I used to go, their selection of what I like appears to be full. Hopefully they don't do this to someone else.

I decided on Saturday that after not going into Luxury Leaf for over a month that I wanted to clear…read moreout my points that I have been collecting since 23', which is about $70 worth. I placed my order online and I went to pick it up when I got to the counter to complete my transaction. I let the cashier know that I wanted to use all of my points and I would pay the difference. I was actually informed that since my purchase was at least $100 I could use $10 of my $70 but I was not allowed to use the entirety of my points on a product purchase I could use up to $10 only. However, if I was purchasing luxury, relief, branded merch. I could use the entirety of my balance, inconvenient to say the least. I spoke with someone today and was informed that I'm not the only one that has this frustration with the reward system from what it seems like with Luxury Leaf. This type of system only happens when items are purchased on consignment (credit) from suppliers, which means Luxury Leaf does not pay in full for those items until after the sell of the product. I know this to be a variable in the equation because there's no way that I can walk into any other dispensary, in the grove or otherwise, with $70 worth of points under my account and not be able to purchase a THC products using the entirety of what I have on file. So now I'm currently waiting for the sole owner to call me so we can discuss why I can't use the points that I spent my hard earn money to gain in the way that I as a customer should so choose. It's nuances like these that are the reason why I wanted to deplete my rewards account in the first place to be done with this dispensary. And don't even get me started on the CREA complaint that's about to be filed because of their delivery restrictions on one particular area code in the St. Louis Metropolitan area.

They have a cool chill spot in the front, with a few tables and accessories if needed. Can even use Venmo for payment. I didn't venture downstairs, but was told cool things down there too. Sweet patio area out back for us nicotine smokers. Neat little set up, a few lights and even a hammock! Everyone was super chill & very laid back. The karaoke was fun, and a nice alternative to a normally alcohol infused evening for me. They have game nights on Tuesday I think, they just got a whole bunch of new games too.. Karaoke was 8-11pm and when we left, someone made sure we got to our car okay! Just a very pleasurable experience all the way around!
