Either the staff wasn't helpful or there really was no selection of night time sleep options... also would've been nice to know it was cash only before I went through check in so I didn't have to run out to my car and check in again...20% off for first time customers... won't be back though. read more

The few times I've been here I've been helped and received information I asked for. Everyone has been knowledgeable and the selection is good! I like the products. I came in once when there was the smokies edibles team in and they gave me a bunch of swag (hat, bandana, koozi, and sunglasses) for buying their edibles. This dispensary is lame. After I "reached out" to the higher ups as requested they said the manager of Bloc in Richmond Heights would be reaching out to me. Well, he did in a day or two. After all was said and done, the management offered me a one time 20% off for all my trouble. Talk about a real cheapskate. I again want to tell you guys what you need to do if you shop there. Check everything. Make them show you each item so you can read the name of your product before it goes into the bag. This will keep you from having to go back to them when they screw up your order (as they did to mine twice in a row). Always look at your receipt to make sure you weren't overcharged (like me). When they screw up your order expect a rousing "Oh, sorry about that" from the manager of the day. Don't expect them to actually do anything else and you won't be disappointed. With the amount of money they are making off all of us with medical issues, to offer a measly 20% off onetime when they have screwed me over 3 times in a row is asinine. Take your business to a different dispensary that actually cares about you and not just the almighty dollar. Bloc Dispensary sucks big time. read more

This place is always out of inventory. They have like 2 preroll options and 4 flower options. The other dispensary's have like 100 options. In addition, the prices for those limited products are not sufficient as well when comparing those with the market. Get more inventory and better prices. I live in Richmond Heights but I choose to travel farther to other dispensary's for better product. read more
