Don't trust these people w your bank account info. ...I did online pickup. I pad by bank transfer online. The charged me twice. When I told them they said the second charge was from 2 weeks earlier and they just ran it w the new order. I never gave them permission to auto debit my account for the second 104$ . CONS- the Pure caviar, the gram includes the weight of the packaging, the liquid was oozing out already (but stickers put on before I could see). -the weed in the clear pack, looks nice but you weigh it..doesn't weigh out. PROS- very friendly staff, clean lobby and easy to find. I personally wont visit this brand again. Yesterday, 10/15/22 I went to the Quincy and Reservoir location to purchase a $49 ounce as advertised all over! When I arrived, I was told they sold out of the $49 ounce, but had a $74 ounce that they could sell me. Okay cool, still sounds like a decent deal! I have purchased the $49 ounce prior, about a month ago at the Pueblo location and got the SAME exact flower/brand/strain that I got yesterday...interesting when they told me it was the "premium" ounce since they were out of the $49 ounce. So are they just upselling people the $49 ounce flower when they actually do have them in stock? Idk. But that's not entirely why I'm pissed. I'm pissed because all the "Classix Premium Cannabis Flower" jars are labeled 3.5 grams. Upon opening it, you clearly see that is laughable if they consider that 3.5 grams...well alrighty then let's break out the scale. It doesn't even reach 3 grams in ANY of the containers I received. Wtf!? That's not cool! I told the gentleman on the phone my issue, and he told me to email a complaint as he can't really help me. Paying $74 for an advertised ounce and getting less than 20 grams in total is ripping people off. No value in ordering ahead even when the website States you get a 15% discount for ordering online. When you get in the store it is a different total and no one can explain it to you. They offer rounding because they don't want to give out change which means 9 out of 10 times. Your paying them more money than what you need to in one instance. My purchase was one cent over and they rounded it up to the next dollar advertising that they have. The lowest prices in town is just to get you through the door. Their customers are service is horrible! And pricing just does not make sense. Also, half of the time when you order online and you drive to the store, your order is not available and they try to upsell you to something more expensive. Not worth it! read more

Unfortunately their salesperson, Noah B. was extremely rude to them. Upon entering the product area, this couple waited about the line quietly browsing. The experience with Noah was not good. Noah was very terse and rude In his mannerisms and speech. They stayed despite this and spent $140 on products. The story gets worse: none of the staff were wearing masks. Pedro is African-American and Valentina is part native-American. Noah would only work with her and told Pedro that he had to wait behind the green line, despite being told that they were together. Came here for the first time because it was near my friends house. It's very clean and organized and the attendant was quick to help us and he really knew the products well. I had a lot of questions and he was about to give me answers and tips and good opinions. Another good thing is you can use your card to pay (debit only and there's a three dollar transaction fee). Free parking btw! The bad was the security... I found it weird we had to "check in" first give our ID and get a slip to enter. Other places I have gone you just show your ID and you're good if you are over 21. And the other bad thing was the price... I found everything here to be more expensive than other places... He then suggested that I have a problem and that the door is right there. Way to treat a new customer and give your competition (Green Dragon) across the street your business! Seriously, what is this guy's malfunction that he refuses to display his credentials that are hanging around his neck?? You are costing your employer money because you're rude and you don't want to show your badge with your name on it. Probably because you're ashamed of your behavior! I have read ALL of the reviews prior to writing mine, and there are plenty of 1 star reviews stating 'poor customer service' and 'a rude employee that might actually be the MANAGER'. This was my first and last visit to this Green Solution location. Fortunately for me, there are 2 more dispensaries across the street from this store. I already shared this bad experience with everyone I spoke with today. This review is also going to be submitted on at least 2 other social media platforms, and I'm also emailing tgs support team and district manager. I have used this dispensary for years until recently. Dogs are welcome in almost every dispensary I've ever been to. I have spent a lot of money in your store over the years. So apparently you had a worker in your store who brought his dog to work there and ruined it for every other good dog. It was 82 degrees out and I could not leave my dog in the car.
