First time ever to legally purchase marijuana I did a bit of research but mainly no f@?! clue how to conceive what could possibly be bad about a store able to sell me marijuana, legally. So as I assume many others before me have done I started to look at the way the web page looked and I was very pleased at the information and ease of use of The Green Solution web site. So found this location was close to me and when I pulled up the place looked fantastic. Clean parking lot and walkway, the front check in was very open and again clean. The red bearded gent at the welcome / check in desk was surprisingly gentle and informative. As I walked through the door I was surprised at how the store didn't have an overpowering smell but a very mild hint, almost like forest scent. Flabbergasted at the sight of everything I begin to overhear these two gentlemen behind me in line discuss their disappointment in the price increase of marijuana around the Denver area. I couldn't help but laugh to myself because we're able to legally buy it people so why try ruin it with nit picking the shnikies out it. I found the price was very comparable to the other locations I checked online, except for the ones that didn't show price of course. After just a short while in line I was greeted and asked for my identification again. He then asked how could he help me today. I explained to him I was well informed and wanted this exact strain.....yeah right! I told him I had no f@?! clue what I wanted or what I'm doing so treat me as you would your Grandmother who's asking you how to work her smart phone. After just moments I was put to ease by a very kind staff member who explained everything to me and helped me use the specials offered to not only get the best price but also the best product. It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. I have been back four times since then and every time has been like the first time. The last two times I used the online pre order to reserve and pick up later. It is very quick and easy and the service is still as excellent as if you were in the main store. The reason I didn't mention any names is because I've only been personally helped by a few members of staff but by those examples it's obvious to me they all are outstanding at their job. Ok so I'm visiting from out of town for training for my new which I will be relocating to Colorado the end of the month. With me staying in Limon it's not much around sadly, so I googled this place and it was the closest form my hotel a little over a hour drive, but I'm a speed demon so that's nothing to me. I called ahead just to be sure everything would be fine, the guy who answered the phone was extremely polite and very Customer Friendly. He recommended me ordering but the website was having issues sadly. The place is very easy to find, as soon as you walk in the front counter lady with the blue hair was very polite, friendly, and Conversation friendly. The was barely a wait if I even would say I had to wait. Once I walked in I heard hello from behind the counter and I heard toward her. Julia C walked me through many options, gave me her opinion and a very honest opinion about what she recommend and what she didn't (I'd rather be told something isn't that great than be lied to just for a sale. I went with the blue dwarf which smells highly amazing. I definitely would return to this location based off of how friendly the entire staff was, even her co workers were super friendly and nice. Now all they need is some Pokémon items and I'm sure they'll be able to get a whole new crowd. Generally if you walk in anywhere with a horrible attitude your experience will be horrible when you walk with a positive outlook you will leave very happy. Can't wait to return again! First dispensary we've ever been into and after tonight will probably be the only dispensary we go to when we come to town. I'm not saying any names of any other dispensaries here, but what I will say is The Green Solutions you got it going on your staff is amazing i don't understand how somebody could work with so many different people with different attitudes and cultures and still be so pleasant understanding helpful and listening and actually care about your customers needs your staff is amazing got the pleasure of working with Dennis throughout the whole store he was amazing answered all my questions did not make me feel stupid and was able to understand my needs and could recommend different products to try. I am definitely going to try all the things that were recommended to me. I love TGS!!!! Even more so the Staff at the Potomac shop! The experience is always a great one. One of the best selections out there and there is always something new in stock. After reading the reviews sounds like someone forgot about the 20% tax that is associated with buying bud. I have never had an issue with there Debit system it works like a ATM and is cheaper then a real one LOL!!!. Until the feds let banks deal with Pots Shops thats the best we are ever going to get. I've herd some people give grief over the bags saying other shops use paper bags why do i have to buy one? I did some research and found that it is a regulatory issue and that shops that don't use "Satchels" or "Funksac" type bags are not fallowing regulations set by the MED (Marijuana Enforcement Division) http://www.colorado.gov/revenue . Everything about The Green Solution oozes professional and class. I love this store, I'm a regular here because i love the staff. They are always super kind to me and joke with me, and they always let me know whats new and what to try. Dan the manager is awesome and always helps me out on whats delicious to try as far as the cones and edibles. Weather it's a minute before they close or a minute after opening TGS has earned it's place as my favorite dispensary since moving to Colorado. I go to this location a couple times a month since Jan or so. The wait times and service has always been a little lacking. I preferred the parker rd location. Recently though I have seen a turn around in service there. Brad tonight was knowledgeable, friendly, seemed to truly want to help me find what I needed.Thanks for improving this location.
