Husband and I visited here and overall good experience. I liked how they had a variety of strands and their store was spacious and easy to move around. They also had a great selection of edibles which varied in price... Honestly the cheapest ones I've shopped for ($6 something for a pack for certain flavors). And they also sell skincare products which I really like and find cool because I haven't seen that before. Their lip balm is great and they had a deal where I got another product for like a $1... Customer service was average. She was helpful but sometimes she was walking around here and there that it was hard to see her and communicate with her behind the counters. Either way, she was good to us. One thing I didn't know going in is that I needed to have a childproof bag to store my products before leaving the store... I didn't have to have one in other stores but I guess it's different in the area of Denver. So I had to buy one for like a $1 from them or else I can't buy my things. No big deal since I'm reusing the bag again any way. I'd recommend stopping here for some cheap edibles and deals when buying skincare products too! Just make sure that you are prepared for a service charge for using a debit card. Just a few dollars more than you would pay if you have cash. These guys have some wonky stoner math going on. 25% off small flower so I got $40 worth. Apparently 25% of $40 is $4.86? How about if you offer/advertise discounts in the store you actually honor them at check out. Also their debit card processing is one of the worst I have experienced as they almost always need to charge you an extra 3-4 to make it a round number and then they take $2 atm on top. So if you buy something for $10.50 your card will be charged $17... Also If you don't bring a back they charge you for one so your card would be ran for $18... Another idea! Paper bags with the stickers for free like other dispensaries?? One more thing. Their rewards system is terrible compared to others. With them you get 5$ back for every $100 you spend(5%)where as with Terrapin you get 42 for every 420 you spend(10%). That is literally 100% better... read more
