The newest addition to the team is Kim, who is as warm and friendly as the other employees and genuinely interested in how she can be of help. I want to acknowledge Doreen yet again for the foods she finds for me when I'm looking for, e.g., ones with very low to no salt added to it. And also Ryan, who has helped me on this quest as we evaluate, e.g. mustard and which had the lowest sodium content. And Roy, who is always eager to help, Clavey.... they rock.

I appreciate that this little wondrous health gem has such a diverse selection of groceries to accommodate different dietary needs. Though their produce is pricey - it's always on point. The blueberries I bought here recently were incredible. If you're looking for quality meats, coconut yogurt, low carb snacks, vegan goodies and everything in between - this is your spot. I particularly enjoy how many local products they now stock here. From fresh baked sourdough bread, to handmade desserts, to homemade teas, face sprays and elixirs - Nature's Whole Food Depot is all about showcasing local artists, bakers, and healers. Be sure to also stay tuned their FB page to learn about events that they host in their store. They spotlight everything from foraging to breath work and more. If you want to support local - Nature's Whole Food Depot is your spot. I'd recommend allotting quite a bit of time to fully explore this magical space. Trust.

I went there again and chose the Toffee Coffee to get something different. I was driving home and my drink tasted like flavored water. I went back the next day as I definitely did not drink that coffee, as I thought she left the espresso out. Actually she did not leave it out. It does NOT come with espresso in it. It is made with water and a coffee powder. So if you are looking for an actual espresso drink, I would suggest NOT getting the Toffee Coffee. Since I did not come back that same day, as I was already driving home, they said that they could not remake a regular mocha for me since they said I could have drank it on my way home. Unfortunately, I hope going forward, that if someone buys a Toffee Coffee drink, they could at least be informed (on the menu board or in person) that this is not an espresso made coffee. That it is a coffee powder base made with water.

Both meals were hearty, well composed, belly filling without the bloat and grease you'd suffer from a lesser meal at a fast food joint. Server was happy and helpful. There were outdoor tables available. Good thing as the 3 Labradors were with us. I'm not a vegetarian. I eat animals almost everyday. This meal did not leave me yearning for some oink-oink, moo-moo nor cluck-cluck. Delicious in its own right. Recommended!

The café focuses on vegan and vegetarian dishes that emphasize whole ingredients, bright flavors, and colorful presentation. The atmosphere feels relaxed and community oriented. The interior has a casual café style that encourages people to sit down, enjoy a meal, and spend time talking or working. It has the type of environment you often find in smaller towns where the café becomes part of the neighborhood culture. The menu includes a variety of plant-based options such as bowls, salads, smoothies, and sandwiches. The dishes are thoughtfully put together with a mix of vegetables, grains, and sauces that create balanced flavors and textures. One thing that stood out to me was the freshness of the ingredients. The vegetables tasted vibrant and the meals felt nourishing rather than heavy, which is exactly what you expect from a plant-focused café. Service during my visit was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience felt relaxed from start to finish. Overall, Nectar Café offers a refreshing option for healthy, plant-based meals in Auburn. If you are looking for fresh ingredients and a relaxed café atmosphere, it is definitely worth stopping by.
