When I got to our primary residence, I realized the dryer vent that was supposed to have been cleaned was not cleaned at all. And the ducts were supposed to have been cleaned. When I opened the one in our laundry room was still filthy. The dryer is also in the laundry room obviously and I wonder if it just got skipped altogether. Because the duct cleaning is so much more expensive than the carpet cleaning I had to rate the overall experience three stars because I ended up cleaning our dryer vent myself and vacuuming and cleaning the air duct in the laundry room myself because it is definitely the dirty one in the house. I thought I had Photos, but we're doing a lot of work too more than one house right now and I can't find them.

I'm sure they're fine for carpet cleaning but DO NOT TRUST HAMEED WITH YOUR ORIENTAL RUGS. I…read moretrusted them with my $8,000 antique Turkish rug, a 30-year family heirloom. Instead of cleaning it themselves, they secretly outsourced it to another company I had specifically avoided. For nearly two weeks, I had no idea where my rug even was. When I picked it up, no one mentioned any issues -- but at home, I unrolled it to find a large bald spot stripped of pile. The "before" photos they eventually provided showed normal wear, nothing close to the damage it has now. Worse than the damage was the dishonesty. My refund requests were ignored, and instead they pressured me to let them "fix" it by dyeing it darker. It took him DAYS to send me the before photos. They even called from multiple numbers trying to come to my house after I refused. This experience was unprofessional and shady. I trusted them with something valuable and sentimental, and that trust is gone. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I have a 13 year old cocker spaniel Barkley who had a bad accident in my bedroom. My carpeting is very light colored. I tried cleaning myself but probably made it worse. Jack came to my home initially to examine and give me an estimate. I also wanted just the couch cushions and arms of my family room sofa cleaned. Lastly I had a spot in my loft from Barkley. Jack asked if I wanted to have the stairs done, which I agreed was a great idea. Doug and Jack came over on the cleaning day and did a FANTASTIC job! I know my bedroom carpet was a real challenge. They went the extra mile to be sure that they dried it several times. By the time I went to bed that night, it was almost completely dry :) Mary responded very quickly to any email I sent. I had asked the night before the cleaning if for sure could be here by 11 a.m. as I had a 12 noon appt to get my dog to. Doug was every earlier than 11 a.m. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Gratefully, Missy Santasiero

Can't say enough good about the job they did on my carpet, and the customer service!…read moreI had another company come and clean the carpets. They did such a terrible job that I needed to have them redone. (spent 45 minutes cleaning a 4 bedroom house). So I hired this company to come and do the job over. I couldn't be happier. The owner was great. I had to wait a few days to schedule because they were busy (probably because they do good work). But when they came they couldn't believe the job the other company did either! But Jordan said they would work on it and do their best. He was very nice, even after having to wait for me to get there. Our carpet is 11 years old, and they were able to get out nearly all the old dirt on the traffic areas and everywhere else. I have a tween girl at home, who has done "little projects" in her room. When the other company left, her floor looked like a confetti cupcake, little bits of color various places on the carpet. But when these guys cleaned it, it almost all came out. Just a couple of very light spots left. And I know for sure one of them was kool-aid! The guy worked so hard. I saw him doing the steps and could see the billows of steam coming off the carpet, so I know they really had good heated steam, not just warm tap water. They also cleaned our couch and loveseat, and except for a couple little stains they look great too! I have found a new carpet cleaner, and I am so happy!
