Fortunately I did not have to call them for an emergency but spent time at this location while working on a project for my work and had the honor to interact with some of the firefighters. Professional, respectful and helpful, they were a pleasure to work with. I hope that no one in the vicinity ever needs to call upon their services but it's got to be great to know you are in such good hands in an emergency.

They were yelling and not listening to the people. And when one person was burned with a chemical reaction from the airbag, they placed ice on the burn without washing the chemicals off resulting in more skin tissue damage.thry were not listening. Something needs to be done to ensure our first responders are given enough rest. I am not sure if the skin burn would not have been so bad if someone would have rinsed the burn right away instead placing ice on the burn site directly. People say it's ok over time skin grafts and physical therapy will help.

I was involved in a multi-car accident, while I was grateful the first responders arrived quickly,…read moreI was surprised afterwards to receive a bill of almost 500 dollars. I turned down any medical checkup at the scene but the bill says I was checked. Called multiple times but was told that the firefighters recorded my blood pressure in the report and therefore I was checked. I don't know how and why, the only explanation seems to be that the firefighters put down something without actually doing it. They also refused to adjust the bill at all and said will send my bill to collection if I don't pay. They run this like a for profit business despite of all the taxes we pay
