Better ownership, one who leads by example and acts professional at all times. One who doesn't engage in bullying customers to impress friends. The customer making fun was lucky I didnt decide to up and walk out, he would of received a smack on the way. I will not be returning to this store in the future. Owner seemed non-interested in cutting my hair. If a person is a barber and someone needs a hair cut just cut the hair, its your job and so called passion. Grow the F*** up! Grafton is The largest chain of Irish owned Barber shops in Dublin and across Ireland . Barber shops in Ireland seem to stay busy & booked all the time! No matter what chain , from Irish to African shop . It's like making a dentist appointment , you better call early or something . The owner ( this particular chain ) named Neringa cuts all hair types . Just let her know what style you want, she highly capable!bGreat personality, she also has a cool staff of about 3 other Barbers. Cool family environment, walks in available! Comfortable waiting area. About 12$ for hair cuts. The shop can be a little hard to find because a lot of stores in the area, so it's located next to Lloyeds Pharmacy towards the back, in Blanchardstown Ireland. read more

Normally a reliable barber, I got my haircut today and I am not impressed at all. Having told the barber I'd like "just a little bit off the top to keep it out of my eyes" I was then horrified to see him go to work cutting off most of my hair. He didn't ask me how much I wanted off and just went to work. I am not left with an inch long fringe which is completely not ideal. I paid €15 for this haircut and I feel robbed and disappointed as I am a loyal customer who is usually happy with the performance here. This time, I was let down. read more

My partner went there the other day to get a haircut. The experience was to put it mildly awful. He spent an hour in the line, then, since it was getting close to closing time whatever barber he got decided to just shave his entire head without giving it any shape or style. The barber completely ignored his wishes and complaints. My partner has been to this Grafton Barber many time before but he swore he's not going to set foot there ever again. read more
