In our opinion, they have the best smash burgers around, and they are consistently delicious every single time we go. Sean always gets the Bleu Cheese Smash with tots, while I rotate between the Deluxe Smash with fries and the Chicken Caesar Wrap. I honestly love both, so I can never decide which one I want--which is why I just rotate! We also really love the taproom side and all of the beer options they have. One of our favorites is the Juice Tornado #28, which is a hazy IPA, and I especially love trying their different sours. They're one of the few places we go that consistently has sour beers, so that's a big bonus for me! We come here at least once a month, and we've also had the chance to attend the Zane Lamprey show here two years in a row, which was always a total blast. Last night, we brought our daughter and had some friends meet us there, and we had such an enjoyable evening. The food was great, the service was great, and the atmosphere is always great. Whether we're stopping in for burgers and a beer or coming for an event, 507 is always a good time. Definitely one of our favorite spots in Yelm!

Their smash burgers are juicy, oversized, and tender -- with beautifully crisp edges. The spicy bacon smash is perhaps the best non-homecooked burger I've ever had. And their signature tater tots are near perfect. Hot, crispy, flavorful without any greasiness. Perfect #2 nailed The taproom of course has a slew of brews on tap. Fruity framboise-styles to bitter IPAs, along with a broad selection of NW ciders. #3 nailed The indoor dining area and bar is open and friendly while outside is the aforementioned covered spaces.
