After discussing the workscope of the project, he required very little direction for moving forward. His prices were very reasonable. Chad was always prompt in his communications. He informed us when he would visit or if he needed to reschedule. He kept us up to date on the progress of the project and was amenable to changing the workscope as needed. Chad would readily answer any questions. He explained basic surveying information to us patiently and in detail (it was admittedly a surprising pleasure to learn and appreciate a part of the world that always been there in front of us, but that we did not see or understand).
