He showed me a recently renovated apartment, told me to watch my head and all in extra storage (which we will not need) and was aware of renovations/in progress items. Best part: total laid back no pressure! I don't know how to put it in terms,but honestly a tenant's dream. If I pay the broker fee, I spent money for no product sure, BUT service. I know that the fee is for higher standard of living from landlords who expect good tenants. I want to see that. These guys are straight forward and don't put you into a situation,very casual and loose but knowledgable. They cover from Cape Cod area,Boston,up through Burlington,Swampscott. I was shown a place by Steve,this is a great guy. In his busy traveling schedule,he made time for me. Essentially, they fabricated another renter to make me feel pressured into signing a lease quickly. This, it turns out, was the most ethical thing they did. I leased an apartment in a two-family house from their sales manager. At the outset, I told him that a garage parking space was a priority for me. He told me to meet him at the office, not the property, and then asked me to drive to the property with him rather than follow him in my car. When we arrived, I met the upstairs tenant who, I later discovered, also rented through Exclusive. The day before I was to move in, I discovered that the driveway and garage were completely inaccessible, even for my subcompact. It turns out the tenant upstairs had terrible problems with the parking and nearly left because of it. The sales manager, knowing this, said absolutely nothing to me. When I asked him why, knowing how important the garage space was to me, he failed to disclose this, he said, "I figured she was just a complaining tenant." He had never met her or spoke with her before...never bothered to check for himself if her complaint was legit. He simply decided that any information that might dissuade me from renting and cause him to lose his fee was not worth relaying. I emailed the owners and sent them a detailed letter outlining the problem and never heard back from them. Then I met with the tenant upstairs and discovered why: it turns out the owner rented her apartment to her and, hearing her experience with the garage, said: "Well, the next time we show this place, we'll definitely have to tell anyone we show it to about the garage." This outfit will say and do anything to get their fee, then disappear the moment they have it. Do business with them at your peril.

If was for sale a realtor cannot contact the seller must go through the agent. Not to mention I have been on the National Do Not Call List from the Federal Trade Commission since 2011.Then says he is allowed to then tells me to "shut my fone"...Look at this exchange. Who would want a realtor that harasses you to get your property listing. His goal was to list it, Wrong approach buddy! Best Land Lord/Real Estate/Apartment Rental company I have ever had…read more This is my third apartment and I have been blown away by Rinaldo Realty. Every call- question, comment, complaint - is answered promptly; in fact I don't even usually have to leave a message I talk to someone right away. All maintance issues are fixed within 24 hours and on the rare occasion it can't be fixed that quickly SOMETHING is done as a temporary fix. When my apartment was flooded by my upstairs neighbors- the landlord was there within 15 minutes and spent the next 7 hours cleaning the mess and even offered to pay for us to go somewhere for the day while he fixed things up. When our fridge stopped being cold, or the stove pilot wouldn't lite- he asked which model I had, realized right away they were older appliances. By the time I got home form work- there were new ones. Rinaldo Realty is great to rent from. I'm dreading ever having to move!
