I could understand it being broken once, or even twice, but after multiple visits over an extended period, it became clear that management wasn't making it a priority to fix. Sitting through a haircut in an uncomfortably hot shop is not acceptable, especially at these prices. Another concern was the drinks being sold in the shop. Because of the heat, I went to grab a drink from the refrigerator and noticed they only had CBD-infused water. During my visit, I observed a barber assure a parent that it was fine for their child to have one. That was concerning enough that I contacted the Better Business Bureau to ask about it and was advised to make a formal report of the situation. I genuinely hope the owner takes this feedback seriously. Fix the A/C, improve the overall experience, and make sure products being sold are handled responsibly. This place has a good location and has potential but based on my experiences, I just can't recommend this shop to anyone, especially not someone with kids.

I have really short hair (lost it when going through chemotherapy), and when it grew back in, it was EXTREMELY curly. I first went to Irene for the bumble straighten. It worked great on my hair and added about an inch to the length..doesnt seem like much, but it made a huge difference for me because of its short length. It was also very gentle and left my hair feeling nice and soft. The second time I returned to Irene, she dyed it. I left the color choice completely up to her, since I've seen her other work, I trusted her judgement.. I was SO happy with the results. She completely transformed my look. She is the only hairstylist who has never damaged my hair--and that says a lot, since I prefer to keep my hair light.
