We're just getting into mountain biking and the process of buying our bikes and accessories couldn't have been better. They have little to no care for their customers and seem to "forget" to do very important things all the time. They have gotten everything to do with my glasses and contacts wrong for the last two months, and effectively show their distaste when I come in as if they blame me. They constantly ask each other for help like none of them know what they're really doing. The brown hair middle age lady, I believe her names Crystal, gives this business a terrible face. She is rude, and clearly thinks she is always right. It's a shame the optometrist is nothing but a pleasure to give my business to, as his front staff make it utterly miserable to go here.
