Parking is a problem due to the terrain. Went in, waited... waited... finally got a lady who seemed a bit dazed, but friendly. She didn't know how to look up my items, had to ask her coworkers (who were determinedly NOT trying to help anyone else), then after 20 minutes told me that the items (which, after I took leave, went up the street a mile, went to Cash America and got $125- still a bit low, but much more fair) for items that this lady told me I couldn't get more than $65 at Easy Pawn. DON'T GO THERE; If there were a lower rating, they'd get it.

However, he then proceeded to assist a gentleman who walked in after me. The other girl at the counter never acknowledge me and when another worker walked up to the counter neither did she. It was only after prompting from her colleague did worker 2 even raised her head from the papers that she was so intently riffling through. Then once she engaged me she was rude through the entire transaction. I didn't have time to go anywhere else as I was in my lunch breach and was tired of riding around with the stuff in my car, but I will never, ever go here again. Worker 1 was also rude to the gentleman that she was helping. Culture of rudeness in that place...I would give them no stars, but to post this review I had to give them at least one. Trust me though, it's not deserved.
