Nothing wrong with those specific ones but she just never really adjusted. Big Barn has been so understanding and helpful. She comes home every afternoon with a smile on her face. She's learning and making friends. Couldn't ask for more. They're very communicative and flexible. I wish I would have found them sooner. They are super affordable if you are looking to get your child into daycare and preschool. Definitely a hidden gem. Couldn't be happier.

My kids are happy and have always felt safe. Anytime I've had an issue, the center leaders have always kept an open door to my concerns and have collaboratively worked through it with me. We visited a few daycares in the area and for us, they were clean, the most reasonably priced for value and was most convenient for us in terms of location and hours. My sons have love their teachers there, I keep in touch with many and they are all very caring and sweet to the kids. This center also has a webstream service so I can look in on my kids in their classroom or common areas of play. Good security as you'll receive permitted key access to the building. Center director and asst directors are up front and they know all the parents. They really keep an eye on the kids. Apps notify of drop off and pick up times, bathroom time (until trained) and how much food was eaten. Pics are also shared on the apps as well. There's a monthly newsletter, and food menus that outline weekly meals. They provide breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack and to go snacks during pickup. Highly recommend our daycare, we feel lucky to have found them. Also good covid measures taken and they follow CDC guidelines. Kids and teachers and staff are masked.

Please save yourself the stress and your kids the trauma and don't enroll your children here! If I could give this place zero stars I would. There were a few teachers (if they are still there) that were great. In the 6 months my kids were there, there were many staff changes and 3 different directors. Rocio (director) targeted my son because of his disability (sensory issues and Autism). It was so bad we are considering getting an attorney for discrimination because of his disability. She would make up things that he was supposedly doing and call me countless times a day interfering me with my work, but then when either myself or my mom would ask about these behaviors the teachers had no idea or say that it never happened or didn't happen the way that Rocio told me. I was lied to from the beginning. This place is not an environment where you want to leave your kids. I brought my concerns to the director and stated that I was thinking of pulling my kids out more so my son because of unfair treatment and I was afraid that because the teachers didn't know what they were doing and how to handle my son I didn't want them to get mad at him and hit him or do something harmful out of frustration. She said yeah I understand. No reassurance or nothing. Most directors if they heard a parent say something like that they would immediately dismiss it and comfort/reassure the parent. She just wanted my son gone. I believe her son was in the same room as my son and I (as well as my dad and my sons OT) saw him countless times take things from my son or other kids and push and throw, but I guess because he's the directors son he gets a pass. I sent an email to her boss and didn't receive a response so I then sent an email to the VP of operations to which he stated that he told them not to respond to me. While I appreciate that he did try to work with me especially with payment arrangements, it felt as though they were targeting my son and would do anything to get him out. They also couldn't follow simple dietary instructions. My kids were constantly given cows milk (even though they were told about the dietary restriction upon enrollment) and would have diarrhea and stomach pains at least 3 times a week. The teachers would say oh maybe they drank it by accident. Do the teachers not watch when the 2-4 year olds eat to prevent these things from happening? Ms. Emily and Ms. Bri were the best for this school and ever since they left it was a train wreck. I pulled my kids out and they go to a much better place. My son especially is so happy and has had ZERO issues. Makes me think it was just this place and he was being mistreated. Enroll your kids at your own risk, but I definitely don't recommend. Look elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

During this COVID19 pandemic, this center was deemed essential. We are more than grateful and proud of the safety precautions they have taken to ensure our boys are safe and sound and HAPPY. If I can't have the boys home with me, there is no other place I would want them to be than in the care of these talented and loving individuals. To me, they are our family. My daughter is 6 and my son is 4. The teachers at this KinderCare have taken care of them since they were about 6-8 weeks old and have done a great job. My kids love going here and look forward to going, and they are always in a good mood when I pick them up. The educational opportunities here are really great. Both my kids went through the phonics program which helped tremendously. They have done the cooking classes, the science classes, the music classes. There are so many. My kids have had a very stable group of teachers to work with at the facility. One thing that is so great is the public school bus at the nearby elementary school picks up and drops off at this KinderCare. Talk about convenient. And it is nice that my daughter rides the same school bus as the rest of the kids. The directors of this center have a tough job dealing with emotional parents and parents that are slow to pay their tuition for which they have to continually follow up with. We visited 4-5 daycare facilities before settling on this one. We also tried a nanny for a month before deciding that wasn't a fit for us. HANDS DOWN we are very happy we chose this KinderCare for our kids. Not all daycare centers are built the same, and this one is special with great people in it that will take good care of your child.

The center provides a nice, well rounded daily menu, as well as a structured curriculum for the children. During the summer they have "water days" where the classroom goes to play in the water on hot days. My son really enjoys it.
