From the tour to the first day was nothing short of amazing. The whole staff was welcoming and kind. The place is clean and very well organized. They provide diapers and wipes in the infant room! I get daily reports and often chat with the teachers when I pick my daughter up. As a first time Mom with little family around I find myself asking the teachers lots of questions. They are always very helpful. Wish I had know there was a pediatricians office next store before I picked my daughters doctor or we would probably be going there too. I highly recommend Kindercare.

As a parent, the most important thing is knowing your kids are safe, happy, and well cared for, and I've always felt that way here. The teachers genuinely care about the children, and it shows in the relationships they build with them. Some of the teachers have been here for many years, which I think says a lot about the environment and the consistency they provide for the kids. Any time I've had a question or concern, it's always been addressed quickly. I've always felt like my children were in good hands. Choosing a daycare is one of the hardest decisions you'll make as a parent, and I'm so thankful we found this one. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy place for their children.

My experience as a mother at The Learning Experience in Audubon has been incredibly offensive and…read morenegative. The owners of this location, Allison and Annie, have treated my 4-year-old daughter and I with such hatred. After months of harassment and name-calling, the two women proceeded to forcibly remove my daughter from this school without cause or reason. As a mother and an educator I do not recommend this school for your precious children. On one occasion, I witnessed Allison become very angry with my sad child as I left for work. She proceeded to grab my daughter's arm and scream "No!" As you can imagine, this broke my heart. On another occasion, Annie left a voicemail on my phone labeling my daughter as a "bully" because she had a difficult time sharing crayons, as coloring is her favorite activity. My father (also an educator) and I immediately arrived at the school to express our concerns. Allison and Annie were argumentative and continued to name-call without remorse. In addition to these terrible circumstances, this school has closed several times due to rising Covid cases within the classroom. The school does not enforce mask-wearing in young children. They have admitted that my daughter is "great" at wearing a mask but other children are not. When inquiring further information about how I can protect my child, Allison left me an angry voicemail demanding that we meet. She proceeded to send an email that stated: "After much consideration we unfortunately have made the decision to terminate this relationship effective immediately. We will mail your daughter's things to your home." Sadly, we are not the only family who has experienced such hatred from Allison and Annie. Many families of whom we are in close connection to also admitted how terrible the treatment is. Please do not send your children to this school. These two women appear to be kind with a smile, however, they are extremely mean-spirited and harass parents, especially hard-working mothers. I have made several attempts to contact the corporate offices, as well as the general manager, Nicole. Unfortunately, there has been no returned calls or emails.

This location is not owned by the same person, and BOY does it show! Everyone we've interacted with has been absolutely wonderful. We were on the waiting list for 8 months, but it was worth the wait. We immediately saw the difference, between the amount of time the kids spend outside or in the gym, (yes, there's a gym with a rock climbing wall!!!), the cleanliness of the class rooms, kitchen, etc... They had a back to school picnic with activities, face painting, a bounce house and water ice truck which gave us the opportunity to meet other parents. My son also LOVES McKenzie, he actually sings her name on the way there in the morning. Also, I'm pretty neurotic, so I appreciate that the teachers send us multiple photos per day. If you get on the wait list, stay on it. It's worth the wait!!

I'm surprised no one has written a review on this place. I feel that I need to warn people of my…read moreexperience. We had my son here for a year and he learned absolutely nothing. With a $600.00 per month tuition, you would expect more. He managed to have 5 different teachers in that time frame and when we asked the teachers "why" they were leaving, some said, "we aren't being paid enough". Really, with a tuition as high as this, where is all this money going? I was appalled at the lack of control they had over the classroom. It looked like a circus when I went to pick him up. I can tell you that there are smaller, more affordable options in the area and my son learned so much more there. I had been warned about Goddard Schools how you're just a number and everyone was so right. Obviously this is not my real name so I can tell you that I am being totally honest with this review. As you can see the response was a typical one from this facility.

Kristen would call constantly and talk over my wife and I trying to calm down our child who was bored (North Penn kindergarten registration said all these behaviors are learned school behavior and thinks he might be gifted). Ms. Anna (the only certified teacher on staff) called my son and another child "volatile" to my face and nothing was done. Within 3 weeks of moving into her room, we are forced to look for another daycare. He was moved into her room because at the age of 5, he was still spending a large part of his morning with 2-3 year olds. That's how few teachers there are. I am a teacher myself. I can't fathom how Kristen and this daycare are still open. Unless your child is PERFECT, do NOT utilize this daycare.
