My husband and I toured 4 daycares and were super impressed by the cleanliness and curriculum of…read morethis place. Seemed like a great Montessori blend and we felt like it was going to be an awesome fit! My child was due August 11, and we gave them a deposit and "enrolled" him on March 15. I told them at that time - and the lady wrote it down - that I would take 12 weeks off with my baby before I returned to work. They told me no problem and to just call them when he was born to determine his start date. I did exactly that. I called them 1 week after he was born, told them my return to work date of 11/7 (he was born 3 days after his due date, so he wouldn't be starting daycare any EARLIER than expected), and they told me that they wouldn't have any room for him until 12/19! They also said, "We have to make sure that another child is walking before then, so the very earliest we could get him in is the 19. If that child isn't walking, we'll have to push the date back further." I explained to the lady on the phone that this was going to give me 6 WEEKS without childcare and she asked me if I could get help from family or friends until then. Ridiculous! I don't have family nearby to help with childcare (if I did, I wouldn't be enrolling him in daycare) and all of my friends work during the day, too. When I asked for my $75 deposit back because they didn't hold his spot, they basically scoffed at me and said tough luck. I'm completely appalled. Don't enroll your child here - they may make you wait on another child's development so your kid can start daycare, and you'll be stuck scrambling to find a place (as if the early weeks after having a baby aren't stressful enough as it is). Totally let down and disappointed. I want my $75 back.

Our daughter has gone to this daycare for 6 months now and we are very happy. The smiling faces of all the children is a great indicator of a great school.

Writing a review for a daycare is hard but here goes. I enrolled my kids for full time care. My…read moreinitial visit went ok but I only kept them there a week and some of the reasons why follow. They showed me schedules for the two year old curriculum hanging in the back part of the room, I never heard from my child or saw any indication of any type of learning/crafts going on. The workers seemed disconnected from the kids, my 2 yr old gets a little upset when I leave (especially this being a new place) and no one would help soothe him so I could get out the door. It seemed like every day someone else was in the room, no consistency at all in that department. The floors in this place were dirty like they wouldn't get cleaned after lunch or something, it was just gross and shouldn't look that way at 530pm. On to the infant room. The room is pretty nice and I like the way it was set up. I first noticed the lack of a rocking chair or really any sort of chair for a caregiver to sit in while feeding an infant, which leads me to believe they are propping up bottles to feed. This room was for the most part clean but I did witness a one yr old eat food off the floor a couple times. Again there was someone different in the room every morning. They have a special worker in the infant room to help which is awesome. I was told she would only read and play with the kids on the floor but I found out she had fed my 10 week old, I'm not sure what happened but they had to change his clothes because of it. I really worry about such a small baby getting dropped, that feeding should have never happened. So all that being said the place isn't up to what I was looking for in care for my boys, and over all got a bad vibe from most of the employees.

My daughter will NEVER go back to this place again. Not even into the building. When we toured the…read morebuilding, we could tell it was a little run down, but the staff seemed positive and they told us she would be in a classroom environment and that the children were separated by age groups. On her first day, when my girlfriend went to pick her up, no one knew where she was. My girlfriend asked to speak to her teacher, and was informed that the teachers leave at 3pm and that from then on, the children are left with school-age teen girls, one of which in another classroom (5 year olds) yelling at a child to "put that down NOW". My girlfriend finally had to go out to the playground to locate our daughter, and found her in the play-structure, with kids that were older than her, not separated by age as we were told, not able to get down, scared and asking for help down. No one on staff knew where her change of clothes or back-pack were. When I left work to go and speak to the owner, he had conveniently just left, even though my girlfriend had spoken with him 20 minutes before then and told him I was on my way down. When I spoke with the director, she told me that "There were a few different stories about what happened." That's not something you want to hear as a parent who just put their child into daycare for the first time and has a first day like that. She tried telling me the "girls" had said that my daughter was on the playground and having a good time. I later learned that the other kids were hitting and kicking her trying to get her to get off the play structure. When we got her home, she started eating all the food in the house that she could find and eating like she hadn't been fed. Later that night, she was so upset and crying that she almost threw up. I know my daughter, and I know when something really bothers her. We were worried about the quality of care she received from this place IN JUST ONE DAY! Parent to parent, I would not waist the time it takes to pick up the phone and call these people. I even came in the day after to speak with the owner and get our money back, and again the owner wasn't there, or at least wouldn't talk to me. After asking some people at work, I found out that the owner has a reputation for ripping people off and not being on the level. Just wanted to share my experience.
