The staff was friendly, my son seemed really happy to be there. I love that you can drop in without reservation and they're open late on the weekends. I first applied for my child on May 14, 2024, and received confirmation. Over time, I was told he was on the waiting list, and later that he was first on the waiting list. Then that there was no waitlist and administration had changed. I remained patient and continued to follow up appropriately. Since then, I have reapplied and followed up multiple times across the past two years. Most recently, I submitted another application and reached out again only to receive no response at all. I understand that staff may be out of the office at times. However, a complete lack of communication and follow-through over an extended period reflects a breakdown in process, not just timing issues. As a parent, it's frustrating and discouraging to feel like your child's application is not being actively managed. I genuinely like what this school represents, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Strong schools should have strong communication especially in admissions, where families are trying to make important decisions. At this point, it's difficult to feel confident in how prospective families are handled.

CMA has mastered authentic Montessori education (as American Montessori Society members). Not all "Montessori" schools do it right. He gets to spend his weekdays in a very safe, regulated, educational environment where he can learn just as much as he socializes. As a Montessori school, it functions more like an educational institution than a daycare, which creates a perfect balance that is incredibly healthy for the children. We're going to continue to have our son attend through at least preschool -- and we're excited to see our expected daughter enrolled at an even earlier point.

My son was born a few months before Covid hit and so I was very nervous about his first preschool experience. The Gardner school made it so easy and enjoyable for him! I especially loved that all meals are included in tuition, and the teachers were helpful with potty training. This school is very clean and tidy, and I was very satisfied with the safety precautions they have in place (locked front doors, code required for check-in/out). My son loved the themed classrooms/hallways and the staff were so friendly and kind. My job situation changed soon after my son started at the school but the staff were very understanding and we were so sad to go.
