Lifeguards and staff are friendly. Pools and common areas super clean. Overall it's a vast improvement over my NY Y. I'd have given 5 starts for the lack of interest in my complaint: Request the therapy pool (jets treadmill) guests wear headphones or buds instead of blasting their music. People yesterday all wore earplugs because one entitled woman insisted on playing her music. "We've gotten a lot of complaints about her" the desk said. Yet nothing is done. Just a simple request! I've never experienced such complete selfishness - yet they don't care and allow the space to be dominated by loud inconsiderate guests. Headphones are cheap. This person isn't autistic just a creep.

Then the pandemic hit and all of that stopped. When they did open back up it was only for lap swimming which was in the part of the pool that was too deep for me to walk and whenever I asked about open swim and walking lanes, they never had an answer. Now they only have about two days from 8:00-8:30 pm which is a small window to make sure I can get there and be ready to go in the pool. I am really disappointed because I have yet to find another pool facility in the area that comes close to offering what I need and I can really tell the difference in my pain levels.

Not a great place, but definitely center of the fairway. The first time we came, our Pack stayed in the upper area. This past weekend, we stayed in the main field. We had plenty of room, the staff were extremely accomodating/nice and the facilities were great. The location on the river was nice. The entire Pack had a great time. We didn't really know where to get water and they basically said - go to that field and it was the end of our interactions with the check in. The kids did the climbing wall, which was kinda ok as well as the low ropes which was definitely lame and you shouldn't waste your money. They were nice and it was interesting, but not worth the money. Basically, it was a teambuilding exercise. The Scouts had the usual incredible time, but that comes any time you put a bunch of young kids on a field and camp out. We had fun, have been before and will probably come again in a couple years. If you are looking for a place for your Cub Scouts to camp, come here. Just don't waste your money on the "extra" activities.
