When I noticed they'd charged me 20%-ish more than what was listed on their site, which was already more than what the standard price was at other ballet stores, I walked back in the store to let them know. The saleswoman ignored me while chatting with another associate about what they were going to order for lunch. When she turned her attention to me and I shared that I'd been charged more than what was listed, she unapologetically told me that the online pricing includes shipping and therefore is listed as less since the shipping adds to the cost of the purchase. I've never experienced this with another business and found the response disappointing.
