I called Las Vegas Glass first since someone had mentioned them before. I got a recording and left…read moremy information but didn't expect a call back honestly. I then started calling around to other places since I was desperate to get this window replaced today. Everyone I called came up with outrageous pricing and next week for install, which absolutely wouldn't work since someone had already tried to break in. Much to my surprise Craig called me back about 20 minutes later and I was shocked when he gave me the price and said he could do it that day. Hallelujah!! He kept in contact with me, took the measurements and then returned later with the window. It all was perfect.....until someone tried to break into the same window that night and pulled out some of the rubber molding around the glass. AT LEAST (thanks to Craig) they were not able to get in!! I sent him a picture and he said he would fix it next week. I can't say enough about how I appreciate Craig and saving my home from being broken into. The remodel is almost complete and it would have been beyond disappointing to have someone come in and do damage. It happened once before when the remodel was just started and they burnt things, threw their trash around and left their drug paraphernalia all around so I am very grateful that Craig spared me from that. I have some other glass projects coming up and I will definitely call Craig again! Also, the price was a third of the price I was quoted from another company.....so very reasonable too!!
