We'd talked with two other companies prior to Closet & Storage Concepts, and it was really no contest. The showroom is great, and Sofia kept us in the loop along the way. There were a few hiccups with install: product delays which turned into an extra day of install, some areas weren't quite cleaned-up, and we noticed our dryer now has a pretty good dent in it from the install (once we let them know & luckily had in-progress photos to show when the dent occurred, they took care of it--dryer now good as new!). Rob and Sofia made sure a team came out the next day to finish and fine-tune the cleanup, and the end product is exactly what we wanted. I definitely recommend.
