Inconvenient, but we rescheduled. Come the actual day of the estimate, the representative shows up and measures our home, then says he will send over a quote for high end carpet or mid-range LVP as we were considering both. We thought it was weird that he didn't present us with any actual flooring samples, so that we could get an idea of product or get a more accurate quote without having to spend more time. It seemed like he was trying to spend as little time as possible with us when we were hoping to conclude the visit with a booking. He sent the ballpark ranges, we followed up via email saying we were comfortable with the price range but had questions. Never heard back. We went with another company that actually quoted more, but at least they are responsive and want our business.

I did not use a mat or soft wheel casters for my office chair, and so damaged laminate in one of my rooms, but even this took 8 years. All other rooms are still doing fine with some years left to go, with only the dining room showing some bubbling, which is fully expected for mid-range laminate installed almost a decade ago. In 2017, their customer service was great, with quick response time and scheduling. They had a great choice of quality laminate and, looking at their website, they still do.

I wanted to use this company for my flooring needs based on the reviews from yelp and google. I…read morecalled and scheduled a free estimate for my project and explained it would be a two phase project starting with 4 bedrooms, hallway and staircase with two landings; and once completed, we can discuss the two living rooms, den and kitchen. They sent a estimator/warehouse manager to conduct the measurements, by the name of Braedon Buchanan. After he was completed taking the measurements (roughly 15 minutes), I was shown only three samples there weren't even close to the color I was seeking. I was informed by Braedon that it would take TWO days to draw up an estimate and we can discuss hardwood/baseboard coloring and type. It was been A MONTH now with no call backs, emails, or even we don't want your business. Based on these results that WERE NOT provided by the company or the estimator, I decided to allocate the $21k for my flooring replacement/project to a full window replacements for the entire property instead. Poor way to do business.

After conversing with five companies and receiving their estimates, I'm so grateful that I decided…read moreon Silver State Floor Restoration (SSFR) to clean and seal my home's floor tile and grout. In addition to the main areas, they did my hallways, bathrooms, and laundry rooms. Credit for my selection of SSFR goes to their representative Uri who conducted an onsite visit an estimate. Uri was polite, professional, shared his expert knowledge, and was believable. His estimate was the highest I received, but I felt most accurate given the labor involved, reasonable, and offered the most value in terms of his team's quality of work and SSFR's commitment to customer satisfaction. Because I was having some walls painted in my home, Uri recommended the floor restoration project be conducted afterwards. Three weeks later, Uri and his team of five guys arrived on a Saturday on time, professional in appearance, and focused on getting the job done efficiently and effectively. They carefully moved all my furniture items out of the way and protected them, my walls, and areas with guards and plastic wraps. They were very meticulous and thorough during the several hours of tile and grout cleaning, then sealing. Afterwards, they carefully placed my area rugs and further back into their original position. Amazing!! I have never experienced such a professional team, all skilled at their jobs, treating my home with such care, and working in harmony with Uri's leadership. Plus, all were very polite and well-mannered guys. Amazing!! I am so very pleased, I will be a return customer, and will enthusiastically recommend SSFR to others. Gratitude to Rachel too for her efficient scheduling, follow-ups, and customer friendliness. Sincerely, Ray

The Best Tiling & Flooring Team!…read more After my first contractor ghosted me when I asked about licensing and insurance, I was in an emergency situation. Eddie from No Worries Tiling came to the rescue for my whole-house LVP flooring install, and it was the best choice I could have made! Eddie is an amazing owner--great communication, very understanding, and professional. But what really blew me away was his install crew. Gonzalo and Jr. are fantastic technicians. They were always early, incredibly respectful of my property, and got the job done perfectly. Since I'm remodeling my house, I deal with a lot of contractors. It's rare to find an amazing owner with a crew that completely exceeds expectations, but No Worries Tiling delivers. I have zero complaints. Whether you need flooring, tiling, or any related projects done, just pick them!

We just had our new plank flooring installed, and we are absolutely blown away by how beautiful it turned out. The three gentlemen who came to do the installation were incredibly impressive. They worked hard, took pride in what they were doing, and left everything looking amazing when they were finished. The workmanship is excellent, and the finished floor completely transformed the room. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better installation crew. A huge thank you to Expert Flooring Solutions and especially to the three installers who worked on our home. You guys did an outstanding job, and we truly appreciate all of your hard work. We would absolutely recommend Expert Flooring Solutions to anyone looking for beautiful flooring and excellent service. Five stars all the way! (LUX floor tile and color is called SAVANNAH) We also had our children's bedrooms re-carpeted with the pink and blue colors they both chose. It could not have come out better. The same goes for our stairs. They look stunning. The gentleman who did all three of our carpeted areas was just as thorough, clean, respectful, and just an outstanding job thank you hector.

Silver Knights Floor Restoration - Bayron and his team - are AMAZING!…read more We purchased a rental property with "good bones" and almost none of the customary upkeep one would expect. The entire home (1900 square feet), except for the primary bathroom, has ceramic tile floors. And this tile looked BAD! Dirt embedded in the textured surfaces, grout that had maybe never been sealed. I've never had floor restoration work done, and didn't know what to expect, price-wise or results-wise. Bayron came for the consultation, measured everything, and explained how they do what they do. I was at first taken aback at the $ amount of the bid, but let me tell you...IT IS WORTH IT!!! And yes, they worked with me to make it a bit more comfortable for me financially. Bayron promised during the consultation that they would make the floors look "90% - 99% like new." Many businesses make empty or inflated promises but NOT Silver Knights - these tile floors look like they were just installed! I was blown away by the quality of the work, and the fact that the crew went over EVERY SQUARE INCH of the nasty old grout and made it a new, pleasing, CLEAN, sealed color. There was one issue that occurred when the crew was trying to remove old paint stains from the wall edges of some of the tile, and Bayron promised to make good on it. He came a couple of days later and did the work himself to make it right. I've got one "before" and a few "after" pictures I"ll share...but they don't really show the stark differences all that well. Suffice to say, I'd recommend Silver Knights Floor Restoration for any job you've got. They will give it to you straight on the estimate, and make good on whatever they promise. Bravo!

They focus on large size porcelain and if you're in Vegas you have to stop by their showroom, it's massive and they have slabs on the wall already which is very helpful to see how your shower walls or fireplace could look with the stone.
