I called and spoke to Rhiannon, who was very polite and friendly. She connected me with Shawn and he listened carefully and found the account from the prior owner. It ends up that they only put in new glass in several of the windows, but he offered to have their technician come and see what might be wrong with the window frames. The technician Josh was close by, doing a job in Montpelier. He came soon after and was so helpful, even helping with the screen door. It ends up we just needed some help understanding how the cranks work (they are a bit different than ones we'd had previously). Although I ended up not needing to make a purchase at this time, the stellar customer service means I will call them if I need their help in the future.
